Let yourself be tempted by this beautiful Cannes home, situated on the Chemin Daumas dead-end street, a perfect location in town with all the convenience of being close to everything, yet offering a private and secluded atmosphere for the perfect vacation.

First of all, you will have the privilege of being only a few minutes on foot from the fine sand beaches of Cannes.

The outside of the house offers a shaded terrace with a large outdoor table where you can have your meals or cocktails al-fresco, and an endless swimming pool (so you can take many lapses without ever moving), all this in a secluded setting without any neighbor looking at what you are doing.

The inside of this 2-story house, features the following floor plan:

On the first floor:

- A lounge area with a comfy sofa, a round table and a flat-screen TV.
- An open-floor kitchen with everything you will need to prepare and serve wonderful meals, or just make wonderful coffee in the trendy Nespresso coffee machine (What else ?)
- A dining area opening to the back terrace of the house.
- A small shower room with toilets.
- A pretty bedroom suite with a 160cm wide bed and a bathroom with tub and shower, from which you will be able to access the garden on the swimming pool side of the house.
- A large dressing room connected to the bedroom with plenty of storage space for your belongings.

On the second floor:

- Two similar bedrooms with each a double bed and storage spaces, with a large shared balcony/terrace with a nice view of the sea as a bonus..
- A shower room with toilets completes this second floor.

**IMPORTANT: Day or night parties are strictly prohibited: this is a very quiet residential area and any noise disturbance will result in an immediate eviction. Pets are not allowed. Smokers are invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**

**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After just a few short steps down your street, you will be able to enjoy the following activities, all within less than a few minutes walk (or way more if you want to try to walk on your hands):

- Go treat yourself to a delicious pastry at one of the most famous spot in town, Philippe Brito's pastry shop.

- Explore the Palm Beach district to experience its “village” atmosphere and go savor a specialty pizza at Jean-Jean's or try your skill at a game of pétanque at the Place de l'Étang (10 minutes away)

- Take a stroll along the famous Croisette beachfront boulevard (and maybe spot a movie star) and go for a ride on the Carrousel or go race some remote control boats (12 minutes away)

- Empty your bank account in the upscale boutiques on Rue d’Antibes (20 minutes to get there, more to empty your account)

- Go take selfies on the steps of the Palais des Congrès like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) or just go to work if you are here for a trade show (30 minutes on foot or less than 10 by car).

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
