Comfortable 2 bedroom unit in a great location on Main Street. Unit felt new. Very clean with most of the supplies provided (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, pots, pans, spices, coffee filters, etc.). There is no parking provided with the unit.

Loved this rental. Perfect location…short walk to the town lift, right on main st for restaurants, shopping, art galleries etc. Free parking pass for indoor garage a short walk from the rental. Ski locker on your way out the door. Unit was modern and had everything you would need. Highly recommend.

We have stayed with Abode a few times in Park Cities and Deer Valley. We usually stay at Black Bear Lodge but this trip we wanted to be on Main St. The unit we rented at Sky Silver was fantastic. The logistics of check in and check out was extremely easy. The service provided by Abode is always a level above. We had a great trip which was made easy by the Abode team.

What a gem! The unit was lovely, clean, and well appointed- with high end appliances (subzero, wolf), every kitchen item you could need for a rental and a modern yet cozy vibe. Only literally under 3 min walk from Town Lift. Steps from all restaurants and shopping. The property management staff were really helpful and communicated promptly- and the text function to communicate was so easy. Snacks and a six pack of cold beer upon arrival was just a great bonus for an already amazing place. We’ll be back!

Maintenance Needed at this Unit

Roof leaks into the Master Bedroom and second bedroom during some but not all rain storms, which explains the odor in the unit. Master Carpet badly stained. Difficult to prevent water in Master shower from running onto floor because of how the shower head is situated facing the door. TV gave us problems - turning off randomly and connecting to internet at times. Did not have TV for two days. It is a nice unit, but I would not list it as a luxury unit due to the issues. Management is not likely to address any issues outside of regular hours. Also elevator was broken for two days of our stay and key code access to the exterior door used when elevator is not working was not supplied. Husband was locked out of unit for hours before management found the other key code. And no apologies were given for the inconvenience.

Excellent communication with the property manager. Ski locker in the lobby and a commercial washer & dryer in the unit was a bonus. Beautiful town and mountain views with electronic blinds for privacy. I have already recommended the property to friends.

Fantastic 5-Star Property in the Heart of Park City

What a fantastic place and the pictures don't do it justice. When you arrive, you'll be pleasantly surprised that it's much bigger than the pictures make it seem. Everything is brand new and sparkly clean. Feels very much like a 5-star hotel. The kitchen is fully stocked w/everything you could EVER need. You are literally right outside of Main Street so you can walk to everything-- which is fantastic. The fireplace is amazing and the big screen TV is perfect size for movies and football. The bathrooms are huge with great lighting (ladies!!) Plenty of hot water for showers and baths.....can't say enough great things-- we'll be back for sure.
