For shared use: swimming pool angular with privacy (8 x 20 m, depth 140 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Children's pool. In the complex: bar, lift. Shop 250 m, supermarket 250 m, restaurant 150 m, bar 50 m, bus stop 25 m, sandy beach "Platja Llarga, Cala Llenguadets" 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km. Nearby attractions: Parque temático PORTAVENTURA 2 km, Parque aquático AQUOPOLIS 2 km, Spa AQUUM 2 km, Karting 4 km, Paintball 9 km. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Rits", 3-room apartment 65 m2 on 1st floor. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with dining table. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 small room, without window with 2 x 1 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine) with boiler (80 litres). Shower/WC. No heating option. Large terrace 40 m2. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Parking space n 19 (-2). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Appartement bien renove.Magnifique vue de la terrasse. Dommage quil faille aller chercher et reporter les clefs au bureau de Cambrils ce qui est assez contraignant..

Il y a une vue magnifique. Le prix est en rapport avec les prestations "moyen". Par contre nous ne sommes plus au temps des cavernes. Un appartement sans avoir INTERNET c'est juste impensable de nos jours. Et le pire c'est d'être incapable de proposer une solution lorsque vous demandez ce service. Point très positif l'écoute des personne au téléphone si vous avez besoin d'aide notamment lorsque vous ne trouvez pas l'adresse. Vraiment professionnel et réactif.

La chambre pour les enfants , n'est pas adapter aux grands adolescents, lits trop petit et bruyant ,matelas en fin de vie et chambre vraiment petite , mes enfants ont très mal dormis pendant trois semaines, ils ont finit par dormir dans le salon en sortant leur matelas , de plus le fauteuil du salon n'est pas convertible et très vieux . Un fauteuil convertible deux places dans le salon est indispensable. Si vous fête l'effort d'investir dans un fauteuil convertible nous reviendrons avec plaisir....

If you like the wind and have fantasy how to solve small thinks, that place is just for you. For example, bunk bed sound interferes with sleep in the night. We just put mattresses on the floor :). You can not turn on all electric equipment's (kitchen and kettle) on one time - electricity turn off :( But excellent place in the city, excellent view, excellent common area make this place great.

Should be fixed small thinks - electricity (you can not turn on all equipment especially in the kitchen), impossible to sleep in kinds bed because of sound. Important and supply cleaning measures. Excellent location, excellent view but 3 stars.
