Cocoonr agency offers this charming 120 m² house with swimming pool in Dinan to rent for up to 6 people.

It comprises a lovely 55 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 450 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 55 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Three bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 2 queen-size beds (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, griddle, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- Swimming pool (private, heated from May to September)
- A beautiful 450 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Dinan, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr team (ad management and reservations service) and the Beau Temps Belle Mer team (concierge / housekeeping service).

Paradis "🙂 The house is beautifully presented and very comfortable. All three double bedrooms are a good size, the lounge area is comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The heated pool was a huge hit with the children (10 & 13), and the garden was well maintained with 4 loungers, comfortable seating and a table and chairs for outside dining. Dinan itself is a lovely town and well placed for day trips slightly further afield. 🙁 No complaints at all."

Traumurlaub im Paradies

Wir wurden herzlichst von der Verwaltung empfangen. Die Kommunikation war in englisch. Uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen traumhaft und liebevoll von den Besitzern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und das Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Pool, der immer 28 Grad hatte. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben. Wir haben natürlich viel Ausflüge unternommen, z.B. Saint Michel, die Strände des D-Day, Cap Frehel, Fort la Latte und vieles andere. Gegessen haben wir vorwiegend im Hafen von Dinan und haben auch mal selbst gekocht. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns bei dem Vermieter und der Verwaltung.
