Upon entry into the two-story foyer, the home opens into a large living area with wood flooring throughout the home, gorgeous leather sofas, and unique furnishings.  The double set of glass sliders open to views over Lemon bay.  The large covered outdoor deck features a bistro table, lounge chairs, a new coastal ceiling fan - enabling true indoor/outdoor living.
The formal dining area is a showstopper with dimmable modern lighting, board and batten wall trim and unique all decor sourced from international travels.
The kitchen is a chef's dream equippped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, bar height seating for 4, a casual breakfast area that seats 5, louvered shutters and expansive 180 degree views of the pool and Lemon Bay along with access to the outdoor deck.  It is well stocked with all the cookware necessary to enjoy a gourmet meal.  The large pantry and laundry toom with sized washer and dryer provide the functional amenities of home.
There are two bedrooms and a full bath on the main floor, and another two bedrooms, two bathrooms on the second floor.
Bedroom 1/main floor - Appointed with luxurious King bed, custon bay window seating, new dimmable LED ceiling fan with remote, and louvered shutters.
Bedroom 2/main floor - Appointed with a Queen bed, bay window seating, new dimmable LED ceiling fan with remote, louvered shutters, TV and a large walk in closet.  It is also adjacent to the main floor full bathroom and has a serparate pocket door enabling this wind to be used as a second owner's ensuite.
Bedroom 3/(owner's stateroom) second floor - Double doors will lead you to the gorgeous and spacious owner's stateroom with King bed, antique carved Balinese console table and adjacent office area with desk and executive chair.  The custom coastal paint, ample windows, louvered shutters and vaulted ceiling enhance the seaside feel of this  decadent santuary.  Two dimmable LED ceiling fans with remotes, large TV and rocking chairs ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.  Beyond the sliding glass doors, you'll find a private covered/screened terrance with breathtaking views of Lemon Bay.  Enjoy a special dinner or glass of wine while taking in the sunset form this "Aqua Vista" retreat.  The attached owner's bathroom includes a walk in shower, seperate dual sinks with shilap decor as well as a large jetted tub.
Bedroom 4/second floor - Appointed with both a Queen bed as well as a Full bed, new dimmable LED ceiling fan with remote, louvered shutters, TV and a large walk in closet.  It is adjacent to another full bathroom with beautiful views of the water.

One of the most unique features of "Aqua Vista" is the truly luxurious outdoor space.  Situated along Lemon Bay waterfront, the double story lanai is expansive yet still feels private due to the mature landscaping surrounding the home.  The lanai has recently been appointed with custon LED lighting controlled by remote.  Withe the click of a button, you can change the lighting color to your desired mood.  The gorgeous pool is large and has a solar pool cover but can also be heated for an extra charge.  Escape from the heat under the covered outdoor dining area with a new coastal LED ceiling fan.  There are also additional tables, chairs and comfortable loungers to relax by the pool.  Ground floor pool room is stocked with beach and pool accessories and enjoy the BBQ available for your use.
