Very nice and quiet house

Quietly located in the centre of Dinard, close to the beach and the shopping possibilities. The house is renovated and well decorated. Everything is available for a nice holiday. We enjoyed our stay very much and the communication with Carolyn was excellent.

Un accueil de qualité! Très bonne communication avec l'hôte qui est aux petits soins pour que tout se passe bien. Carolyn est très arrangeante sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ ce qui permet d'en profiter pleinement. La maison est idéalement située, calme, très bien équipée (literie parfaite), propre et particulièrement chaleureuse. On s'y sent bien tout de suite. J'y ai passé un superbe séjour avec mes trois garçons qui l'ont également beaucoup appréciée. Je la relouerai sans hésitation.

Une belle semaine

Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour dans ce magnifique coin de la Bretagne. La maison est super bien equipee et se situe a deux pas de la mer, des restos et des magasins. On peut tout acceder a pied. Les travaux dans la ville de Dinard viennent de s'achever, et c'est tres sympa. La proprietaire, Carolyn, est vraiment communicative et accueillante. Bref, n'hesitez pas !

Merveilleuse maison de famille

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cette jolie maison de caractère accueillante, décorée avec goût et amour, idéalement agencée pour notre famille de 4 personnes - le rdc offre un espace généreux type loft combinant salon, cuisine ouverte et salle à manger (surplombant le très beau jardin de la maison) - et à l'étage les trois chambres lumineuses sont très cosy et confortables. Sa localisation centrale dans une jolie rue arborée bordée de maisons de ville d'époque, est juste idéale pour partir à la découverte de Dinard à pied : les 3 superbes plages sont à 10 min chacune, les quartiers commerçants et animés idem. Et le départ à vélo ou en voiture est super aisé pour explorer dans les environs la côte d'Emeraude vers Saint-Briac, ou encore Saint-Malo et Cancale, la féérique vallée de la Rance et ce bijou qu'est Dinan. Y compris en automne, car tous les lieux sont ouverts mais pas surpeuplés, et hyper accueillants. Nous avons tellement bien mangé à l'Ombelle, au Pic à bulot, au Nessay... huitres, poisson, local & de saison, incroyablement bon. Après ces journées de balades culture/nature et explorations gastronomiques nous étions tous ravis de pouvoir passer la fin d'après-midi "chez nous". Un immense merci à Carolyn, l'heureuse propriétaire de "notre" maison de Dinard pour sa confiance, sa gentillesse et son chaleureux accueil - thank you so much :) Nous sommes repartis de Dinard la tête pleine de beaux souvenirs en famille.

Perfektes Wohlfühl-Ferienhaus in ruhiger, zentraler Lage

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus in Dinard! Das Haus war äußerst sauber und strahlte eine gemütliche Atmosphäre aus. Die geschmackvolle Dekoration hat uns sofort begeistert und es fehlte uns an nichts – alles war perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: zentral und alles fußläufig erreichbar, haben wir die Umgebung in vollen Zügen genossen. Unsere Gastgeberin war einfach charmant und äußerst bemüht, um sicherzustellen, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein echter Geheimtipp. Vielen Dank für alles, Carolyn!!

Excellent séjour chez Carolyn

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Carolyn. La maison est bien située à moins de 10 minutes à pieds de la plage de l’Ecluse et des commerces, elle est spacieuse, moderne et très fonctionnelle avec de nombreux équipements de qualité, ce qui est assez rare dans des locations pour être souligné. La communication avec Carolyn a été très aisée et elle est très aimable.

Comme l’an dernier, nous avons loué la maison de Carolyn pour une semaine de vacances et nous avons passé un excellent moment. L’hôte est vraiment adorable et compréhensive. Il ne manque rien à cette maison coquette et entièrement rénovée ! Elle est confortable avec un intérieur et un agencement très bien pensés et tous les équipements nécessaires à un séjour en famille. Carolyn a été à notre écoute pendant l'intégralité de notre séjour, nous partageant des conseils sur les coins à visiter et comment profiter pleinement de la maison. Maison extrêmement agréable. Tout est joliment décoré et bien pensé. Les équipements sont d’excellente qualité. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut et même plus pour passer un super séjour!
