Great time on Deep Creek

We had an amazing week in McHenry on Deep Creek. The house exceeded our expectations with all the amenities, supplies, toys and location. The owner was very quick to respond to any and all questions and concerns. There were 11 of us staying and the house worked perfectly for all of us. So many memories made and lots of laughs. The location is easy to get to and close to town, hikes, the lake, marinas, state parks and everything the area offers. We would definitely return!

Beautiful Home, Convenient Location

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. There were 3 families and 3 teens and we found plenty to do for the week! We enjoyed breakfast and happy hour on the covered deck daily. Spacious dock for sitting out or parking the boat.

Great Summer Family Vacation

We had a great time during our summer stay here. The home worked well to enjoy big family dinners and was large enough for individuals to retreat when they needed some space. Older family members appreciated the bedroom options on the main level to avoid stairs. The house layout is well suited for a rental and has attractive yet practical finishes such as LVP flooring for the heavy family traffic. We appreciated the front lawn area where the kids could toss a baseball around and where we could set up a baby pool for the youngest kiddo while some adults enjoyed the nearby hot tub. The owner was kind and responsive when I had questions. Location wise: We tried different golf courses and hiking within 20 minute trips and nearby conveniences such as groceries or an ice cream run were only 5-10 min away. The dock (across a small road) worked out nicely - in addition to using our boat for a few days, the kids were able to successfully catch fish from the dock in the evenings. Overall a great trip and awesome home. Thank you!

Family vacation 2022

This place is better than portrayed! Perfect spot with so much to do. We rented a boat for a few days, hiked and swam. Hot tub and lake plus s’mores and wildlife. Fabulous vacation!!

Beautiful home and lake views

This was our first visit to the Deep Creek area and we loved this home. It is a beautiful home with exquisite views of the lake. House was well stocked and had a lot of activities to keep kids and adults entertained. Also centrally located to Deep Creek tourist activities and restaurants.
