A charming 250-square-meter house featuring a large 45-square-meter living room, a 40-square-meter dining room, a living room with a fireplace and bar, 1 fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a large terrace, 1 family suite (40 m²) upstairs with a shower room and a nearby bathroom, 1 suite with a private bathroom on the ground floor and a nearby bathroom, and 3 other very cosy bedrooms spread across a landing with a separate bathroom and bathroom. A cot and a high chair are available. All beds are made up for your arrival.
The fully enclosed outdoor area includes a terrace for dining with up to 15 people, complete with a plancha grill; a private 8-meter-by-4-meter pool secured by a roller shutter, open from May through September with optional heating; patio furniture and lounge chairs; and two gardens. The courtyard can accommodate 4 cars.
The house is a 5-minute bike ride from a bakery and supermarket, 1 tea room, 2 restaurants and bars, and 1 bike rental shop. The town of Langeais, 5 km away, has all the amenities you need, including a supermarket.
Bréhémont is located at the crossroads of the Loire Cycle Route and the Bardeaux de l’Indre trail. The house is close to numerous châteaux, including Rigny-Ussé, the “Sleeping Beauty Castle,” Villandry and its listed gardens, Azay-le-Rideau and its park, and Langeais with its drawbridge... Other activities are available: kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, and tours of the many wineries and wine regions. The cities of Tours and Saumur are a 30-minute drive away.
