The unit overall
Great view of the Ocean from balcony. Unit was clean. Everything worked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had issue with access code but maintenance corrected in timely fashion. Would definitely stay there again

Tried something new
My family and I are used to staying in a smaller hotel that I had been going to since I was 7. They just recently closed down and someone had told me about Baywatch. I’m so glad we listened. Everyone was very nice and although it is a very large resort, it still made us feel at home. We had an issue with our bathroom sink and the promptness of service to get it fixed was unreal. They showed up within ten minutes. I will definitely be singing your praises and your front desk staff was very accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful experience at a new place.
