Une situation tres appreciable, un espace de jardin mis a disposition avec une tres jolie vue, rend l'endroit tres agreable. Les pccupants de la maison sont tres agreables et tres discret, c'est tres bien.

Après vérifications auprès de notre agence locale, nous souhaitons vous
informer que cet logement est bien un studio et non pas un garage.
Le logement est correctement régularisé et a une licence pour un usage
touristique. Dans la description, il est bien précisé qu’il s’agit d’un
studio, c’est-à-dire qu’il n'y a qu’une seule pièce comme sur les
photos. A propos du garage, il est situé juste à côté du logement mais
n'est pas à louer.
Concernant les fourmis, malheureusement, elles sont très communes dans
la région, elles apparaissent en été dû à la chaleur. Au sujet des
chats, il est vrai que dans la région, il y a beaucoup de chats errants.
Ceci est dû à d’autres clients qui leur donnent à manger.
Nous nous excusons pour les désagréments et espérons vous revoir
bientôt.
