Sauberkeit fürchterlich

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist nicht schlecht, was jedoch überhaupt nicht geht ist die Sauberkeit. Überall zerschlagene Insekten an den Wänden, Kakerlaken in der Küche, Küchenutensilien und Besteck kleben vor Dreck, der Backofen ist eine Zumutung. Das Sofa im Wohnbereich zerschlissen und mit Stockflecken. Die sanitären Einrichtungen verkrustet und schmutzig. In dieser Preisklasse darf man anderes erwarten. Sind am Folgetag abgereist, Erstattung gibt es keine da der FeWo-Direkt-Mitarbeiter keinen Grund für die Abreise sah. Beschämend!!!
