Ti Kaouenn - PLOUARET
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a kitchen-living room, a large living room and its fireplace containing a stove, a toilet, Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90x190), a bathroom with shower , sink and toilet, another bedroom on the mezzanine (overlooking the living room and its fireplace) with a double bed (1x140x190). In an annex on the property: large storage room with laundry area. Independent gite with a garden of at least 1500 m² very green and flowery, composed of several corners and spaces where the garden furniture and the deckchairs will always find the right place. Private parking space. A lot of sweetness and tranquility reigns in Ti Kaouenn, a real haven of peace and greenery on the edge of the Roscoat valley. This gîte renovated with noble, healthy and natural materials (terracotta, lime-hemp, wood, stone, etc.) will sound like a real bubble of rest when you return from your local escapades, sometimes towards the sea at 10.5 km ( bay of Saint Michel en Grève) sometimes towards the villages and their nuggets such as the Château de Rosanbo sur Lanvellec at 5 km or the Hêtre de Kervinihy at the Vieux-Marché at 7km. For the major must-sees in the sector: The Côte de Granit Rose and its key points such as Ploumanac'h will meet in 30 km, as will Morlaix, moreover, the first large town of character in Finistère on the axis of the RN12 with a very beautiful bay also.
