This deluxe resort getaway, a combination of two side-by-side condos, is sure to be a hit with everyone in your travel group! Prepare full-course dinners in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Dine at the attached breakfast bar, the nearby, fireside table, or one of two tables for two. The highlight of these condos is the in-room jetted tub where you can soak away your cares after days out exploring the area. Additional amenities include two gas fireplaces and four TVs. And outside, you can take in the view off your furnished balcony or head downstairs to discover the wide variety of on-site amenities that await you and your guests.

When it's time for shopping, additional attractions, and several other dining options, take a short drive into Wisconsin Dells less than four miles from the property.

Things to Know
Guests cannot access the shared amenities the resort offers without the additional purchase of Chula Vista waterpark wristbands; this includes spa pool, water slides, hot tub, kids pool, and pools. Guests can only purchase these wristbands directly by accessing Chula Vista's website. Our rooms are priced accordingly to accommodate the lack of water passes.

Indoor waterpark passes are NOT AVAILABLE. INCLUDED: Outdoor pools in front of and behind the RIO CONDOS (seasonal).

Keep in mind that we only manage the room, not the resort itself, meaning our staff is not on the property at all times.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
