Es hat viel Freude gemacht, in diesem Haus 14 Tage zu wohnen. Es liegt in ruhiger Lage und man kann gut zu den wichtigen Ausflugszielen gelangen. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und man hat den Eindruck, dass alles mit viel Liebe und Erfahrung vorbereitet ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuverlässig und besorgt und hält ab und zu telefonisch Kontakt. Wir danken sehr herzlich für die Zeit im Haus.

Ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht

Erholsame Tage erlebt. Wir waren mit zwei Hunde und meiner 83 jährigen Mutter in dem Haus. Hier war alles vorhanden was man als Selbstversorger braucht.

Großes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in toller Lage, in dem es an nichts fehlt.Terrasse mit eingezäuntes Grundstück war für uns mit 2 Hunden sehr angenehm. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm.

Erholung und Natur

Ich (und mein Hund) haben ein paar wunderbare und erholsame Tage am Mooshof verbracht. Das voll ausgestattete und sehr idyllisch gelegene Ferienhaus hat uns jeden Tag zum Verweilen oder als Ausgangspunkt für sehr anspruchsvolle Radtouren in die pittoreske Landschaft eingeladen. Wir können dieses Urlaubsdomizil bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen, auch für Hunde bestens geeignet! Allein die herrliche Aussicht auf den Arber und die ruhige Lage direkt am Feldrand sind eine Reise wert.

Großes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren hier Pfingsten eine Woche mit den Kindern im Urlaub. Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Viel Platz, mehrere Terassen, je nach Wetterlage und ein sehr netter Vermieter.

Kurzurlaub in Niederbayern

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in toller Lage, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Wir haben vor allen den Aufenthalt im Außenbereich und den Ausblick auf den verschiedenen Terrassen sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Wir wurden empfangen wie gute Freunde. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Schön war's!

Wir haben eine Woche im Ferienhaus der Familie Selzle verbracht. Das Haus ist wirklich ein bayerisches Original. Ein bisschen wie der Besuch bei der Uroma, was vor allem an all den alten Dekoelementen liegt. Es ist eine wirklich gemütliche Atmosphäre. Wir sind sehr nett von Herrn Selzle empfangen worden. Er hat uns von Anfang an das Gefühl gegeben, dass wir ihn für Wünsche oder eventuelle Probleme jederzeit hätten ansprechen können. Das war aber gar nicht nötig. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, die Aussicht ist wunderbar. Es ist super als Ausgangspunkt sowohl für Ausflüge als auch für Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus. Die Ausstattung mit Equipment aller Art liegt weit über dem, was man mit bis zu 5 Personen im Haus im Urlaub jemals brauchen kann. Einiges ist sicher in die Jahre gekommen. Das gehört zum Charakter des Hauses und macht seinen Charme aus. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Angenehm waren auch einige ganz praktische Details. Im Haus sind z. B. Nachtlichter und Bewegungssensoren gut verteilt, sodass man unfallfrei auch im Dunkeln durchs Haus kommt und sich unser kleines Kind auch nicht so gegruselt hat in der unbekannten Umgebung. Schön ist auch, dass man sehr für sich ist. Dichte Hecken rund um das Grundstück sorgen für Privatsphäre.

Ruhe und Entspannung

Ein Ferienhaus in dem an alles gedacht wurde. Vollständig ausgestattete Küche wie sie manch einer sicher nicht zu Hause hat. Brettspiele und DVDs wie in einer gutsortierten Videothek für Regentage. Zwei anständige Grills für schöne Abende im herrlich ruhigen und liebevoll gepflegten Garten. Als I-Tüpfelchen ein herzlicher Vermieter der jederzeit erreichbar ist und sich auch mal nach dem Wohlergehen erkundigt. Für einen Urlaub mit Kindern und Hunden uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Vom Haus Weg direkt in den Wald und sofort auf wunderschönen Wanderrouten durch den Bayerischen Wald.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Patersdorf

Wir haben 1 Woche im Ferienhaus unseren Urlaub verbracht. Es gefiel uns sehr gut. Von Anfang an bestand ein sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter, der sich öfter sehr freundlich nach unseren Befinden erkundigte. Auch unser Hund hat sich sichtlich wohl gefühlt. Er konnte im Garten toben. Die Gegend ist ein Traum.

Schönes Ferienhaus , alles da was man braucht,sogar im Überfluss.Wer es rustikal Bayrisch mag ist hier genau richtig ,schöner Garten .Es war sehr kalt im Haus ,aber wir konnten mit dem Kamin heitzen. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und für fragen immer offen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder
