Our stay was nice. The good: The house was clean, spacious, good communication with the host, a nice selection of bed sizes, it's in a nice area, and getting in was easy. The pool has a waterfall feature that was quite nice at night, it was very relaxing while trying to sleep, but more on this subject later. Overall, our weekend went OK. You need to know: The parking area is smaller than it seems. The layout of the house is a little strange. Be careful going to the back rooms as there is a step down which is not obvious. My wife almost fell. Checkout is easy. Not everything is available on the TV service. We didn't watch much TV anyway, but the one thing we did want to see was not available. None of this took away from our stay. But... The surprise issue: Keep in mind that there was a torrential rain that weekend. One of the bedrooms had a leak in the ceiling, (told roofers came over after we left), the front of the house had deep puddles, the entire pool area was 3 inches deep in water. The bad problems: The beds squeak...loud. This was addressed in another review and was claimed to be resolved, but it wasn't. The fitted sheets kept popping off the beds. Did I mention the bed squeaked? The waterfall helped, but that bed was just too much. Also, the jetted tub you see in the photos doesn't work at all and we were looking forward to it. My impression: It was a nice place with some issues. I don't believe it is worth the rate that we paid. But most of us stayed dry, so...
