Great stay with lots of room

A lovely peaceful stay with lots of room. CVS, family dollar and a supermarket nearby was a plus for me. Taylor is a great host very attentive when needed. I would stay again.

Late review to a nice getaway

Property does need a bit of an upgrade. Other than that it was very spacious and had all the needed amenities for our group of 10 adults and 2 kids. We would definitely rent again!

Nice house but the owners pop up unannounced

The pool and the jacuzzi were amazing. The house was nice but there were dead bugs in one of the bedroom drawers. The owners were quick to respond however they did stop by unannounced so be aware that they may do a “pop up”.

SMOKING WEED IN MY HOUSE..I could understand why the guest will get mad and not tell the truth about thier stay it was a 2 night booking I had a complaint from the neighbors that my guests are smoking weed and cigarettes outside and inside my home I went to the home to investigate and the whole house smelled like smoke..it was awfull I had to get a professional company to clean the home to get the smell removed.i had to claim the deposit from the guest and I dont recommend renting to him again. I WILL HAVE THIS FALSE REVIEW REMOVED.

The house and pool/patio area is quite nice, homey and perfect for respectful group activities.

The fact that this property publicized sleeping accommodations for 16 people and does not state the extreme limitations for parking of vehicles is the only real objection to staying here. That restriction MUST be publicized up front and recommendations for other parking accommodations is critical. Owner should make arrangements with nearby commercial establishments for parking use, even if a small payment is required. The constant threats of being evicted if the 4 vehicle limit is breached is unacceptable.

Hello shirley Before you booked my home we spoke about the house rules no more tha 5 cars ar the home That is more than enoght cars for 16 guests . Your group came to this family neighborhood with 15 cars .. 15 cars..and at one time it was more like 20 cars... there is no way I could accommodate that large amount of vehicles in a family neighborhood You should of thank us for letting you make that function in our home instead you are making other guests think that there is not enough parking ..that is a false statement . We do appreciate you staying with us but next time you should rent a warehouse there you will find enough parking spaces. Thank you so much Taylor

Needs a little TLC but great for families

This property was very nice, but is rough shape. Cons: Only a few of the lights worked, there was no broom to clean the floors with. The floors themselves were pretty dirty when we arrived. Had to wear shoes in the house or your feet were black from dirt. Cabana in the pictures was thrown behind some over grown palm trees. Mattresses were about 6 inches thick so you do need to add extra blankets to put under you. The pillows were the same, very thin. The neighborhood was okay. One block from a casino. Pro's- Taylor was very helpful. Quick to take care of any issues, place was large and everyone was able to have their own space. Pool and hot tub were nice. It worked for what we needed for 3 families. We had a total of 8 adults and we did have a lot of fun. Would come back and I do hope our suggestions are taken into consideration.

The Air conditioner(s) barely kept the house cool. There were window ac's everywhere.

The main AC didn't work well. And the window units barely kept the house comfortably. Tried yo get property manager to get someone out to look at ac but they said it would be hard to do because it was a holiday weekend. Not a $1000 per night property!!! Front door wouldn't latch unless deadbolt was engaged. The dishwasher was in pieces and not functional. One bathroom shower had no cold water. Be careful not to get scalded and bathroom on opposite side of house barely had hot water. Wouldn't recommend staying here.

Hello Chris That's not true When you called us We were there in 10 minutes The ac was working great You had all the windows and doors opened You can't expect the home to cool down On a 90 degrees day in Florida The dishwasher broke and we sent our tech to fix it And the hot water was working When we got there all the bathrooms were getting hot water. I don't understand why you would write us a 2 start reviewi when we tolk care of all the minot issues right away. And let's not forget the front door that was fixed to. I am really sorry that you were not very happy with your stay We made sure to take care of all issues and we always make sure to upgrade and repair all issues before a guest checks in But its a big home and things do break sometimes. Definitely not what pictures depicted!!!!

This property definitely wasn't what the pictures on VRBO depicted!!! The property was very dirty. Trash through out the yard(used mask, broken glass, baby pacifier, cans etc..). Most of the lights didn't work or didn't have bulbs. No warm water in one of the showers, very loud furnace, broken blinds in most of the rooms. Had a broken toilet seat for 6 of the 7 days even though we told maintenance on the second day. I will say that even though our refrigerator didn't work for the first 2 days, the owner did bring a replacement on the third day. The pool is probably the only saving grace for this place. Definitely wouldn't recommend!!!!

ANOTHER DRUNKEN PARTY GROUP.. I would never rent to this group again First night police came the guest was blasting music and making loud noise in the middle of the night. Told the guest the next day She got angry at me And promised to write me a really bad review. They were drunk the whole weekend Very bad experience. I would never rent to them again. Look at all my other reviews on all the platforms mostly 5 star and make your decision. This is an amazing home And we go out of our way to make our Guests happy in our home. Thank you Taylor

Great place for a large group

When it was time to check in, it was a little hard to get the key code, had to text, call and message and was asked "which house" I was staying at. It made me a bit nervous as there were people relying on me to have a place to stay. House smelled of weed when we entered and found a joint out back(not a huge deal but some girls were bothered by it). It slept all of us semi comfortably but beds are hard and new linens are definitely needed(pilling). Bathrooms were clean enough but shower liners were mildewed. Kitchen trash is small and broken, coffee pot has no drip piece (made a huge mess when pot is taken off warmer) and there are MINIMAL dishes/utensils. Outdoor space was well used and enjoyed. Pool could use daily cleaning or filter as it got foggy after one day. Jacuzzi cover is broken making it hard to get on/off. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy, and a train runs through. Overall we enjoyed our stay because it was more about being together than where we stayed. If you are ok with a "bachelor pad" then this is a perfect place for you.

Pros: good communication with host and easy check in process. Pool was heated to a usable temp. Decent covered patio. With 2 nice chaise lounge chairs. Ample parking for 5 cars. Con: floors were very dirty. The whole house is in need of upkeep. Only 2 of the 5 showers hadHot water.. the beds were aweful. Bedding stained.. not enough linens to accommodate the guest count. The towels provided were torn and thread barren. There are several places in the house that require a step up or down. We had a senior citizen with us that made it a challenge. As we thought it was a single level house. The beds all need to be replaced starting with the frames. No working exhaust fans in some of the bathrooms. Broken windows that weren’t replaced instead just caulked over. No manual to tell you what day garbage day is or when to expect people coming into the backyard to do landscaping or pool stuff.doors you could hardly open and close because they are falling off the hinges. No remotes had working batteries. The filter in the main fridge needed to be replaced. Toilet seats that were about to fall off. Dirty towel left in the corner of a closet. Dead bugs and dirt on the floors in every room. Overall, for the price point on this “mansion” as described by the host is way way too high and not worth the money. We would not recommend this rental. We did not reach out to the host during our stay.
