Aside from ducks invading and the sight of dead roaches, we enjoyed our stay. I would suggest to even putting a small fence if need be.

Lovely home, everything was accessible! When compensated me for the loud construction that they were doing on the expressway. Owner answered in a timely fashion and would definitely stay again.

Everything was fantastic! Seven of us came down for a bachelorette weekend. The property was great and very clean. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to go around! Our host was exteemely responsiveness with answering any questions we had. We happened to have most of our activities planned for south beach and a couple things in fort lauderdale ao proximity to everything worked out well. Our last night we ate dinner and hung out by the pool which was a perfect way to finish out the trip! I would book again. Great for a girls weekend or family trip!

Thanks Samantha, you guys were absolutely exceptional guests, and a pleasurable experience from start to finish. Your communication was smooth, respectful, and professional throughout your stay. You went above and beyond by leaving the property in outstanding condition, making it clear you truly respected and cared for the home. Our cleaning team was especially impressed,  not only with how clean everything was, but also with the thoughtful gesture of leaving refreshments and snacks, which they greatly appreciated. Guests like you make hosting a pleasure. We would gladly welcome you back anytime and highly recommend you to any host looking for a reliable, considerate, and top-tier guest.

Birthday Trip Done Right

The pictures of this listing don’t do the house justice. The house is very spacious and accommodated my group of 9-10 people just fine. The host is on top of communication so if you have any questions they will answer very quickly. The backyard is the highlight of the house having a spacious pool great for any gathering and a canal which really makes it feel like you’re in a Floridian get away. I hosted a pool party here and my guests and I had a great time.
