Private: property 500 m2, garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, parking. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach "La Fustera" 800 m, diving center 1.3 km. Sports harbour 1.3 km, golf course (9 hole) 7 km, tennis 6 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Natura, Terra Mítica, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm). Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
"Meluca", 3-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels, on the upper floor. Living/dining room 40 m2 with satellite TV and digital TV (flat screen), gas heating. Superbe villa. Un petit bémol pour les personnes qui souffrent de la chaleur. Pas de climatisation. Pour nôtre part, Pas de soucis. La nuit sans climatisation, Avec l'air marin. Ça passe très bien. Tarif défiant toutes concurrences. Très bien équipée et située. Piscine, terrasses, équipements de la Villa au top. Je recommande, si je pouvais là loué touts les ans, je le ferais sans me poser de questions.
