en période d'été, la climatisation est un plus; appartement rénové; mobilier en bon état; spacieux (c'est un vrai 3/4 pièces; nous y étions à 3 mais à 4 il y aurait eu largement la place; situé dans un endroit calme; petits défauts (grandeur de la tv; manque une bouilloire et un grille pain même si on peut faire sans, il manque un peu de vaisselle si on ne veut pas utiliser le lave vaisselle tous les jours); nous avons apprécié les attentions du propriétaire (petit mémo sur montélimar et ses environs; les modes d'emploi à disposition pour les appareils); le wi-fi et la tv connectée c'est appréciable

Très bel appartement très bien placé près de Montelimar et sur le golf de la Valdaine

Appartement idéalement placé près de Montélimar et sur le golf de la Valdaine. En pleine canicule, la climatisation a été un grand plus.
