Lake House located in the heart of The Strip.

Lake Erie views from the north side of this Lake House. First floor master suite with master bath, four bedrooms on the second floor with a full bathroom in each. Gourmet kitchen featuring a large sink, dishwasher, gas range, and large refrigerator. High speed wireless internet throughout the Lake House. Led smart TVs in each bedroom and one in the living room. Just steps from Mary's Kitchen and the rest of The Strip.

House configuration is as follows:
First Floor: One bedroom on the first floor with two XL Twin beds and attached full bath. There is a full size kitchen, a dining room that seats 7, a living room that with seating for 8, and a half bath. Second Floor: there are four bedrooms with bathrooms in each. Three bedrooms have Queen size beds, one bedroom with Full size bunk beds and a pull out trundle. Third floor Loft: the loft has a king size bed with an amazing lake view, a kitchenette with table and chairs, a small sectional, and a gorgeous bath.

We cannot give this house and the owner enough praise. The house is perfectly located, adorably decorated and the owner goes above and beyond for all needs. The setup of the house is great - better than it even looks in the pictures. We wil stay here again!

Annual Winery and GOTL Visit

The property is beautiful and great for a large group. We love the location and view of the lake and enjoyed multiple days at the wineries in the area. The host has thought of everything making it very comfortable stay. We also liked the local shopping, dining and nightlife that was within walking distance.

Love this house!

We love staying at the Dragonfly house! Each bedroom has a full bath attached. The house is decorated beautifully and is always clean and ready when we arrive. Love the patio and firepit. The owner is great to work with. Will be staying here again!!!

The pictures for this house don’t do it justice. So clean and up to date. Beautifully updated. This is the perfect house for families or friends enjoying a stay on the strip. Located in the heart of Geneva on the Lake, you can’t go wrong. We loved that we all had private bathrooms and the beds and pillows were so comfy!! Cannot wait to book another stay. The house was spectacular! It was decorated beautifully and very clean. The attention to details was spot on. The host had left us some goodies and was very easy to work with and responsive. From a female perspective, having the hair turbie twists in the bathroom was a great addition. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. We were a group of 9 friends and the house had to perfect amount of space for us all. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house!

A huge thank you to Sabrina for an amazing week! The house is exactly as described, in fact even better. The location couldn’t be more perfect. We have two elderly family members that walking can be difficult and the location was ideal for them. My 16yo son was thrilled there was a waffle maker! First time at any rental property. We love all the amenities, from the waffle maker, to the side porch, fire pit and smart tvs in each room. I highly recommend staying in the property. You don’t be disappointed. Thank you so much for making this family vacation memorable!!

Perfect location, lots of room

The house is located just a few steps from the main strip. The front and side porches are great for hanging out. The downstairs living room, dining room and kitchen are also very comfy, and there are lots of games to play. Bring wood for the solo fire pit. My main complaints are that the bathrooms had no towel bars, hooks or paper towel holders. Also, there are few closets and only one room on the second floor has a place to hang clothes. Some of the rooms are small so there are no end tables by the beds.

Fun family getaway location

My family met in Geneva for the solar eclipse in early April, and this guesthouse was perfect for us. The house is cozy and welcoming, and it is updated and very well maintained. We cooked for almost every meal, and we enjoyed the selection of board games. No issues with TV and internet. We had nice weather, so we also took advantage of the porch, deck, grill, and firepit. We really appreciated that everyone had their own bathroom. The house has great gathering spaces but is also big enough that everyone can spread out to relax. Sabrina was very helpful and responsive with our questions on logistics. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were there during the off season for tourism, so some were closed—but we highly recommend Zeppe’s Pizza and Madsen Donuts. Also within walking distance is a nice trail and greenspace between Old Firehouse Winery and Lake Erie. We didn’t make it to Mary’s Kitchen, which is right next door, but based on the flow of people there, it must be great.

Excellent Accomodations!

We were thoroughly impressed with everything about this home. The owners thought of every detail, down to the beautiful decor. There were so many extra supplies, we have never stayed in a home so well stocked. The complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate were such a nice touch! Each bedroom had its own bath, as well as its own temperature controls, making each one of our 8 guests feel comfortable. There were so many unique games, no one could get bored at this property! Lastly, the location was perfect-walking distance to everything. We didn't even need to leave to see the annual fireworks celebration, as they were quite literally right outside the front porch! This home is lovely in every way and the owners were very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

Family Trip

What a lovely home. The downstairs is actually more roomy than it appears in the pictures on the VRBO site. We enjoyed the outside spaces, especially. It was nicely appointed with patio furniture, so the family could sit out and visit. It had the bonus of a back and side yard for the children to play in. The bedrooms were furnished nicely and bathrooms were clean and good sized. it was convenient being right next to Mary’s Restaurant you’ll see in the pictures I’ve attached. The restaurant was not disruptive at all. If we are lucky enough to have this size of group again we would love to stay at the Dragonfly. Just a little tidbit, the children found hidden rocks and painted their own and exchanged them. We call them traveling rocks. It was a real treat for them to get to do it. They will now bring those rocks home and they will travel from their home town onward so if you rent there look for a rock.

Fabulous stay at Dragonfly

Great time at the Dragonfly. We had a group of friends for 40 years that hadn't been together for close to 20 years. Everyone had a great time. Location was excellent - easy walking to all points on the strip. Wish the weather was a little better, but that's about it.

Lovely, comfortable, amazing location

The Dragonfly is impeccable. So clean and astounding to have a bathroom in every bedroom. We had every bed filled and everyone in our group slept great. The kitchen is well stocked. We spent great time together as a group on the porch drinking coffee, and hit bars and restaurants to along the strip just a short walk away. 10/10 would stay again. Thank you!
