2923 Atrium Villa

If you're looking for a cheery place by the beach, this two bedroom, two bath villa is on the 1st level in the Atrium Villa complex and features a vibrant color scheme with grand views of the Atlantic Ocean. Take advantage of the expansive deck for al fresco dining or simply relax and watch the natural beauty of Seabrook unfold before your eyes.

Upon entering, you'll immediately be impressed with the view. You will find a fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and ample storage with additional seating for 2 at the bar. To your right is the master bedroom with a King bed, sitting area for 2, and a sliding door which opens to the deck overlooking the ocean. The master has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower.

The dining area has a round table which accommodates 4 people and flows into the living room which has a full size leather couch, a large HDTV and sea grass rugs. Enjoy the lounge chairs on the covered deck via another set of sliding doors.

Also off the living room is the second bedroom with 2 Queen beds, wall mounted HDTV, comfortable seating for 2 and deck access. The guest bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower.

You will be able to catch both the sunrise and sunset at this fantastic location. This villa is ideally situated across from the beach, pool, restaurants and Seabrook Shoppe and adjacent to the golf Pro Shop and Seabrook Island Club house.

All build in recent years, the updated amenities have earned Seabrook Island world-wide accolades.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Came for a wedding in Seabrook and the location could not have been better. We walked to all of the events and had an incredible ocean view as well. Layout was great - beds were very comfy and since we were able to get amenity cards we could use the member facilities and restaurants.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The property was conveniently located near the pool, golf, ocean and other activities on the island. We spent most of our time on the very spacious balcony as the views were spectacular!

This is our fifth stay at the villas in 4 different units. This one has one of the best views on the island and is in an awesome location. Please read the fine print on the listing. The amenity cards included are only for the homeowners building and pool at the entrance to Seabrook. You must pay extra to use the club pool or eat in the restaurants across the street from villa or at the country club next door.

Fun sister/mom weekends

I booked this for a sister/mom weekend. The 3 of us had a wonderful time. It was so nice to be close to the pool and beach. Everything was perfect for the 3 of us and we are looking forward to coming back next year.

Breathtaking Views

What a beautiful condo! The wrap around balcony was the perfect place to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze and gorgeous views. The two bedrooms are large and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and the apartment is clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back!

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.

For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:

For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.

For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

What makes this property unique

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
