Pitaya 1 - 2 bedroom suite at Seagrape Vista

Pitaya 1 is a new beautiful 2 bedroom suite located at the mini resort Seagrape Vista in Cruz Bay, St John. This property is a 3 min walk to the Frank Bay beach and 8-10 minutes walk to downtown Cruz Bay. The living room has a dining table for 6. The kitchen has all you need for cooking. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has either two twin or one king size bed as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower. Smart TVs in all rooms. In addition, an extra bed can accommodate a child up to 15 years of age if agreed with us upon booking.
We welcome 1 infant (0-2y) in any of our units.
Children (2-15y) as an additional person will incur an additional fee. We allow 1 child as an additional person in the 1-bedroom units Seagrape 1 and 2, and in the 2-bedroom units Pitaya 1 and 2. We do not allow children (2-15y) as an additional person in our Allamanda 1-Bedroom units.

Great vacation place

Title says it all. The owners provide a great place with all you could ask for. The place was super clean and nicely supplied with everything we could want. Family had a great stay. Will definitely return.

Wonderful property

The unit was perfect and it was really nice to have the beach chairs, towels, and snorkeling equipment available for day trips. Parking was a breeze. I highly recommend Seagrape Vista.

Beautiful location and beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful! We enjoyed the pool and proximity to town. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were quiet. The balcony was lovely during the short rain squalls. We loved birds calling in the trees and the orchids ! Loved the pool towels and plenty of beach items to use !

Quick Winter Getaway

We had a lovely stay at Seagrape Vista - Pitaya I. This is our second stay at this property and wont be our last. The condo and property is very clean with alot of amenities, including beach chairs, coolers. Snorkel equipment, etc…The honor bar is great to utilize right when you get there and dont have your groceries yet or anytime The communication with David is very prompt.
