Private: beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and trees. Barbecue, single garage. Shop 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "Tahiti" 800 m, outdoor swimming pool 15 km. Tennis 3 km, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Pont-Aven, Ville des Peintres 10 km, Concarneau, Ville Close 16 km, Pointe de Trévignon 5.4 km, Kerascoёt 2 km, Quimper 42 km, Lorient 50 km. Hiking paths: GR34, sentier des douaniers 800 m. Please note: car recommended.

Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin and shower. 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC. Terrace 25 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage. Please note: the owner does not accept pets. Access to the bedroom with 2 single beds via stairs.

Großzügiges Haus, strandnah

Großes, gut ausgestattetes Haus,das sehr sauber war. Der Strand Tagiti Plage und der GR34 sind in 5Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Pont Aven, Concarneau etc in der Nähe. Unsere Räder konnten wir in der Garage abstellen.

Wir, 5 Erwachsene, haben uns im Ty Patrick 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Gemütliche Einrichtung, Garten und Terrasse mit schattigen Plätzen, Garage mit viel Platz für Fahrräder und Strandzubehör, bequeme Betten und den fußläufig zu erreichenden wunderschönen Strand haben unseren Urlaub rundum erholsam gemacht. Im Ferienhaus Ty Patrick haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, ist mit vielen Details eingerichtet, hat einen schönen Garten, der Strand ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Für Besuche in Restaurants oder Geschäften ist ein Auto empfehlenswert.

Pour ce week-end de Pâques entre amis, rien à redire pour ce gîte, à commencer par l'accueil chaleureux du proprietaire, les chambres, la literie, les salles de bain, la véranda où nous avons pris tous nos repas, l'espace séjour avec le petit bar, l'équipement de la cuisine, le jardin très bien soigné, le barbecue tout cela à 1km de la mer, avec en prime un temps très ensoleillé. Nous recommandons " Ty Patrick"

Grosszügiges Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Ein gut eingerichtetes Haus mit einem sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Besitzer Patrick. Alles ist sauber und funktionell (sogar mit Bar...). Der Garten ist gross und gepflegt. Durch den Tag etwas viel Verkehr, aber am Abend und in der Nacht ist es ruhig. Der schöne und saubere Strand ist zu Fuss in ca. 7 Minuten erreichbar. 100 Meter nebenan hat es ein sympathisch geführter Campingplatz, wo man Brot bestellen und Velos mieten kann. Ein guter Ort, um bretonische Verhältnisse zu erleben.
