great apt., poor communication

apartment was lovely and perfectly located in town. however, we did not receive the check-in information until approximately one hour before our arrival time. I tried to reach the owner multiple times through the VRBO messaging system and then through VRBO help. this made for a very stressful afternoon thinking we may have no lodging. I never heard back from her nor did i receive an answer to a question i sent once we arrived. Something to note for the downstairs apartment— the bathroom is in the 1 bedroom. in the upstairs apartment the bathroom is separate from the 2 bedrooms. also, if it’s the very top apartment. this was not indicated , so we didn’t know which apt. it was.
