About this property

Charme et Nature - ground floor in a mud house - Pays de Brocéliande

Within the "Gîtes Les Fleuries", this ground floor accommodation, which is an artist's studio, called l'Achillée, is located in a country house made of cobblestone (raw earth) from 1756. It has been renovated in natural materials, earth, wood, lime..., which brings a quality of well-being, a feeling of cocoon to its inhabitants.
This ecological place (old farmhouse) is being rehabilitated into gîtes (3), with a natural spirit, in respect of the old buildings.

The "Gîtes Les Fleuries" welcome you all year round.
Minimum stay of 2 nights.

Special rate for workers / professionals on the move.

The cottage is not intended for parties or parties.
It is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The accommodation includes:
- a large fitted and equipped kitchen: oven, electric and gas hob, microwave oven, fridge, kettle, electric coffee maker, toaster..., crockery and kitchen utensils, drying rack ...,
Washing machine, freezer available in shared laundry room.

- WIFI access, board games, books, TV, four rattan armchairs and coffee tables.

- a 15m² bedroom with a king size bed or two twin beds 90x200, with private shower room and toilet,
- a 15 m² bedroom with a king size bed or two twin beds 90x200, with private bathroom and toilet,
We therefore have the possibility of 2 double beds, divisible into 4 single beds according to your wishes.

Baby cot, bathtub, high chair, stair barrier, etc.... available.
Toilet paper, paper towels, tea towels, rubbish bags are also provided for the start of your stay.

Supplement for bed linen (organic cotton) of 10 euros per double bed, 5 euros per single bed and 5 euros for towels (2 gloves, a towel, a shower towel) per person.
Cleaning kit available. If you prefer not to clean, the cleaning fee is 40 euros per stay.

A deposit cheque of 300 euros will be requested on arrival (not cashed) and returned on departure if no damage is found.

Wifi access. Cobblestone houses have thick walls and sometimes let the telephone network pass through randomly.

Part of the garden is allocated to the cottage with garden furniture, garden tables and chairs, and barbecue. The rest of the garden, in motion, wild and respectful of biodiversity, is common for the cottages, however everyone can find their intimate space in its many corners. Swing, various games for children and adults, bicycle and motorcycle shelters, and parking are at your disposal.

I offer sculpting/clay modelling workshops every Thursday from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. I assist you in the expression of your creativity and the realisation of your work, which you can take home. The price of the workshop is 40 euros, materials included.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Je suis surprise de votre remarque, car lors de votre départ, vous m'avez dit que tout était bien.....Vous étiez dans le logement du rez-de-chaussée durant une semaine. Il eût fallu ouvrir les fenêtres durant votre séjour, afin d'aérer la maison et permettre à la chaleur extérieure de rentrer. Les murs en terre accumulent la chaleur puis la restituent. Bien cordialement
