It is a 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bath, living room with sleep sofa, and kitchen with private entrance and carpot. The bathroom is handicapped accessible. We are located 20 minutes frim Crystal River and 30 minutes from Ocala. You have access to a large deck overlooking the canal to the Witlacoochee River and 2 kayaks at the dock. The road dead ends into our driveway so will have no traffic in front of the house. This is a very quiet neighborhood made up of mostly retired.
