Perfect ski condo in the center of downtown Aspen. Located about 1 block right between the Gondola and Lift 1A, choose your ski access point, or practically ski-in on a powder day. The complex features a shared gym, year-round outdoor pool & hot tub and ground level access, great for after a hard day on the slopes.

Location, location, location!

5 minute walk to the gondi, falling into the hot tub/pool and 10 walk to world famous gourmet restaurants. Wow!

Very nice apartment with a great location

If you are looking for a condo that is conveniently located within walking distance to every restaurant and store in town, this unit is perfect. More importantly, it is two blocks to the gondola. The unit is clean, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need, and the beds were very comfortable. Finally, Tara, the property manager, was accessible for anything you needed.

Great location!

We enjoyed the condo, it was is a great location. It was near the St. Regis and downtown Aspen. Condo has a cute living room and kitchen. The back bedroom was larger than the front bedroom which had a decent mattress, might be time for an upgrade.
