Great accommodations!

The property was well maintained, very clean and safe. The owner was very detailed, responsive and ensured our stay was at the highest quality. We will definitely use David Sandy properties for future visits.

Weekend get away

Amazing home and host

Had a wonderful stay in St joe, it was most part due to the home David allowed us to stay in. Everything was perfect. We stay in a lot of Vrbo’s and I would say this one is by far the best. He’s a great host, very nice and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

College Graduation Visit

The property is in an excellent location close to the freeway, food and shopping. Clean property, quiet area, and it looks as it is described. David was great. I will look for his properties if I ever visit the area again.

Great clean property

David was there to greet us when we checked in. He gave us a tour of the whole property and told how to use Alexa also. David stayed in touch and if there was anything we needed (such as a pizza pan) he was there in no time to deliver it. He even gave us direction tips on how to get around town from his property. Great stay and will stay again!!

Great place to stay!!

My 14-year-old daughter and I rented this duplex to serve as a home-base as we commuted back-and-forth to Omaha, Nebraska and Kansas City for a week of fun!! It is super clean with lots of amenities. The area has lots of good food & retail choices available. We stayed on the run, so it was nice to have a well equipped kitchen to make breakfast everyday & pack picnic lunches for the road. My daughter’s favorite thing was the memory foam topper on her bed. We have tempur-pedics at home, so we rarely ever sleep as good as we do at home. We both slept like babies!! David was super attentive throughout our stay, which we appreciated being 2 females traveling alone. Also, the friendly long-term renters next door welcomed us & answered a few questions on day 2. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about the place. You will not go wrong when renting one of David’s properties.

Outstanding Location, Host and Property!

Let me start by saying the Host David Sandy is outstanding. Great communication, check in process, and overall attention to enjoy your stay is what you expect. The property is very well furnished and as described. This property was very clean, and had amenities that you don't find in most VRBO's such as Alexa! The area is very convenient to anything you need whether shopping, dining, etc.. If you have a loved on in the Mosaic Hospital this is the place to stay as it is less than a 5 minute drive from the Hospital to the home. I would highly recommend this property if you are going to be in town for an extended time as it will provide you space, amenities and comfort you cannot find in a hotel.
