If our cleaners need to mitigate smoking damage, there will be an additional $500 fine added to the regular cleaning fee that will be transferred to the guest.

***NOTE: The pool does not have a security fence surrounding it. Because the pool is not fenced, the property might not be suitable for very young children. There are door alarms on all doors leading to the backyard and auto close safety features. ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED

***NOTE: If pool heating is requested there is a fee of $85/day, paid pre-trip (24 hours notice is required).

***There are 4 exterior security cameras and one doorbell camera that monitor the property. Two exterior cameras that monitor the front entrance and driveway. One exterior camera that monitors the side gate entrance, and a fourth camera that monitors the pool equipment (does not face the pool/backyard). Please do not tamper with the exterior cameras. Tampering and/or covering of exterior cameras will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refunds and you will be asked to leave the property.
There is one additional camera inside the house mounted on the wall to the right of the kitchen sink. This camera is used to monitor the property when it is vacant. The indoor camera CAN be unplugged upon check-in.
