Very beautiful single-family house "La Réalière". Outside the resort. Private: beautiful garden 1'500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 80 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Table tennis, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture. In the house: central heating system, burglar alarm system. House maid on request (extra). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Chemin du Fort" 750 m. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km. Please note: car recommended. Not suitable for small children.
4-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room 37 m2 with open-hearth fireplace. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the garden. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave). Upper floor: 1 large room 35 m2 with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and TV (flat screen), DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. Oil heating. Electric barbecue, deck chairs (6). View of the countryside and le Luberon and Ménerbes. Facilities: washing machine, safe. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Please note: intermediate cleaning and change of bed linen on Friday between 2.30 and 5PM if rentals > 7 days.

Nadmíru stylové ubytování na skvělém místě

Nádherná stylově zařízená vila s veškerým vybavením. Tři zcela nezávislé ložnice s vlastním SZ. 12metrový bazén. Dům nemá klimatizaci, což ovšem považuji za výhodu - jen je třeba do něj přes den "nepustit" slunce. Nádherná zahrada ve stínu 2 vzrostlých pinií, po celý den je na výběr dostatek slunných i stinných míst. K dispozici garáž. Skvělá lokalita, Dobrý ročník se točil všude okolo. Klid, mír, cikády. Plůtek okolo hlubokého bazénu je pryč, esteticky naštěstí, malé děti ale nutno hlídat.

Plutôt Bien que Moyen mais pas très Bien

Maison agréable avec grand et beau jardin, au calme et située au coeur du Luberon près de nombreux villages pittoresques. Très grande piscine qui mériterait d'être couverte pour profiter de celle-ci tout au long de l'année. Toutefois, ce serait un plus de palier à l'absence d'une télévision dans le salon, d'ajouter un séchoir à linge intérieur, d'isoler certaines fenêtres (grandes chambres) contre le bruit des passages de voitures, d'ajouter une commode pour y ranger le linge.

Par contre, nous souhaitons constater que la route qui passe par devant la maison est généralement peu fréquentée.

Très belle maison

Belle maison, décorée avec soin, chambres très confortable et piscine + jardin superbes. Attention aux 500 euros de caution a verser en liquide a l'arrivée, nous n'avions pas fait attention a cela et n'avions pas prévu. la caution a été restituée mais la demande est pour le moins rarissime.

Maison typique et sublime Toutes les chambres ont leur salle de bains, la maison est très agréable à plusieurs nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, nous espérons revenir Si on veut vraiment trouver un défaut se serait la piscine qui est froide de par sa grandeur

zalig vakantiehuis

huis is perfect, keuken mankeert magnetron, oude koffiezet die met moeite in gebruik kan genomen worden. GROOT nadeel: de tuinman en zwembad man komen niet aangekondigd binnenvallen te pas en te onpas.dit meerdere malen tijdens ons verblijf daar zonder aanbellen staan ze daar ineens. Onze laatste dag is de tuinman ruim 3 uur bezig geweest in de tuin zodat wij niet aan het zwembad konden zitten en toen die eindelijk klaar was stond de bad man er ineens. Dit kunnen ze ook doen na ons vertrek de dag nadien! Wij waren s'middags juist terug van een uitstapje toen de eerste er was met bladblazer, snoei materiaal en grasmachine, dit gedurende 3 volle uren en dan komt ook nog de zwembad man voor groot onderhoud!?! De eigenaars werden de dag nadien verwacht, Grrr

Thank you for taking the time to send your review and more importantly we really would like to apologise for the lack of peace and privacy you encountered during your stay due to the work of our local maintenance teams. After sending your comments to the local quality assurance manager serious changes have been made. It has now been arranged that the gardener will visit the property only once per week, every Saturday and the pool maintenance worker will visit twice a week, once during the weekdays and once on a saturday to ensure that the pool is at the highest and cleanest standard it can be for our guests. Nevertheless they have been instructed to call beforehand and we can assure you that no more unexpected vists will take place. Meanwhile, we are also happy to inform you that a new microwave and a new coffee machine have been purchased for this holiday home. Once again we apologise for the inconvenience however your comments are incredibly valuable to us to be able to make the necessary improvements. We hope to see you back with Interhome once again.

Magnifique maison en pierre

Belles vacances malgré quelques bémol : invasion de guêpes rendant la 3 ème chambre inutilisables, ma fille a du dormir sur un matelas parterre dans la chambre de son frère. Piscine inutilisable à certaines heures sous peines d'attaque des guêpes qui avaient soifs. Et le soir pas de lumière extérieure pour profiter de la piscine quand les guêpes étaient couchées. Problème communiqué au jardinier et au pisciniste qui n'ont pas trouvé de solution, dommage car sinon tout était parfait...

Interhome vous remercie pour votre commentaire. Les essaims d'abeilles et les nids de guêpes ont été retirés et le jardinier fera désormais preuve de plus de prudence à ce sujet. Les lumières autour de la piscine ont été installées. Nous espérons avoir la chance de vous revoir prochainement.
