Private: property 300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, 24 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 20.Apr. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, terrace, barbecue. In the house: internet access, table football, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 5 km, pebble beach 30 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. Village with farms and domestic animals.
4-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave). Upper floor: entrance hall with air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. No heating option. Eine schöne Woche

Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung ! Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ruhig und Zentral in der Mitte Istriens gelegen. Uns hat es gefallen, ab und an hört man eine Kuh oder einen Hahn. Insgesamt aber viel ruhiger als in jeder Stadt. Kein Durchgangsverkehr.

Ruhige Auszeit

Es ist eine schöne Villa. Man hat sich viel Mühe gegeben. Alles erforderliche liegt schon vor, so dass man eigentlich nur seine Kleidung mitnehmen muss. Was mir nicht so gefallen hat waren die Böden, die ich bei Ankunft nachgewischt habe. Ansonsten konnten wir leider nicht in den Pool, da das Wasser noch zu kalt war. Nicht unüblich für Mai. Der Standort ist sehr ruhig mit netten und hilfsbereiten Nachbarn. Auch der Vermieter war über WhatsApp immer erreichbar.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Schwächen

Haus ist schön und gepflegt, Vermieter sehr aufmerksam und immer erreichbar. Die Matratzen müssten unbedingt erneuert werden, da sie durchgelegen und fleckig sind. Man muss wissen, dass es in der Nachbarschaft sehr viele Hunde gibt, die teilweise den ganzen Tag bellen, dafür kann der Vermieter aber nichts. Alles in allem war es aber sehr schön. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Schlüsselübergabe sehr easy.

Sehr schönes und im Hochsommer kühles Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr nette Nachbarn und sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Viele Tiere in der Nachbarschaft, war für uns ganz toll und wir würden immer gerne zurückkommen.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Ferienhaus und Pool sind sehr gepflegt.Der Eigentümer sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Sehr viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und nette Nachbarn. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Huis is ok alles is aanwezig,fijn zwembad,bedden kunnen beter. Hetgeen je niet ziet op de foto's is de boerderij van de buurman 50 meter naast het huis: Vies,stank van een Mesthoop en blaffende honden de ganse dag. Gevolgeen massa vliegen die het onmogelijk maken om buiten te eten. S. (eigenaar) doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken maar de boerderij daar kan hij weinig aan doen.Voor ons blijft het dan ook bij deze ene keer.
