Josianne - Two Bedroom House, Sleeps 4

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Mers-les-Bains, this charming house Mersoise to 100 meters the beach, of a surface of 39 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 15 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a living room, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and a small balcony to enjoy the sea air. Wifi (optical fiber) included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine with filter...
On the 1st floor :
- Bedroom 1 (master): a queen-size bed (160×200) and a balcony.
- A bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.
On the 2nd floor :
- A living room with TV connected to the internet, convertible sofa (double), armchair, pouf and desk.
Mezzanine :
- Bedroom 2: two single beds and storage space.

Outside :
- A southwest facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, high chair, baby bed, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Mers-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Tourist sites : The city is located at the entrance of the bay of Somme classified in the world heritage of the Unesco, visit of Tréport with the district of the Cordiers...
- Sporting activities : mini golf nearby (50 meters), aquatic center with swimming pool, tobogan... located at 150 meters, tennis courts, various water sports (windsurfing, sky surfing, paddle, windsurf, kayak, longe côte...)...
- Cultural visits: excursion to see the largest seal colony in France, visit to the glass workshop, Louis-Philippe castle museum...
- Events : Festival Les Effet-Mer, bathers' festival at the end of July...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby at the free Lagaliote parking lot at 500 meters.

Josianne We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Mer-les-Bains. Het huis is goed ingericht met fijne keuken, badkamer en goede bedden. De eigenaresse is heel vriendelijk en was altijd bereikbaar voor tips en vragen. Wij hebben prachtige fietstochen gemaakt en konden onze fietsen in de kelder plaatsen, heel handig! Let op, er zijn 4 verdiepingen en dus heel veel trappen!

Nombreux équipements, vaisselle en quantité, linge fourni et nécessaire pour le quotidien (éponge, filtres à café...) ce qui est très appréciable pour une location de courte durée, décoration très soignée et un patio en supplément! Arrivée ultra simple avec l'ouverture du logement à distance et propriétaire très sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Voor ons geen bezwaar. Heel mooie wandelingen startend vanuit Mers les bain. Gezien wij in het najaar kwamen was het tijdens de week gratis parkeren voor de deur. 🙁 Om binnen te geraken dien je de eigenaar te contacteren. Het was niet duidelijk of er iemand aanwezig zou zijn of niet. Maar eens we de eigenaar telefonisch konden bereiken geraakten we makkelijk binnen"
