There will be work occurring on both sides of the building, with construction and noise throughout approved daylight hours 8am - 6pm, Monday through Saturday weekly. The casual dining area and fully equipped kitchen make it a pleasure to enjoy a quick meal or snack. Conveniently located near the living area is a half bath for guests and a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer. Our tastefully appointed bedroom is furnished with a king bed and adjoins a private bath.

The Baytowne Wharf on the bayside of the Resort is home to restaurants, boutique shopping and entertainment. Also nearby is the Silver Sands Outlet Center and Grand Boulevard for specialty boutique shopping and upscale dining. There is something for everyone - tennis, four golf courses, a full marina, walking and fitness trails, bicycle rentals, the list goes on!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
