Sliding glass doors open to a rear deck with awning and in-ground pool set in the spacious backyard. Bedrooms and baths are inviting and include a large master suite. The lower level has dedicated work out area, office deck with chair, comfy sectional & SMART TV. Additional amenities include central air, security system, 5 G SMART TV's, outdoor shower. . The WIFI, sanitation, electricity, gas, water, landscaping and pool expenses ARE INCLUDED in the nightly fee. Valid Rental Permit issued by Town of Southampton

Peaceful retreat

Very comfortable stay in the Hamptons, the house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful pool and grounds. Would love to stay there again next summer. Would have liked to play tennis but could not figure out where the tennis courts were, I will inquire next time.
