Franchement déçu, nous avons l'habitude de voyager, nous sommes en vacances mais là ! des travaux sont à prévoir en urgence . Eau froide inexistante un filet d'eau, que de l'eau chaude ?Les matelas sont à changer inconfortable, usé . Le canapé convertible cassé. Non je ne recommande pas du tout. Pas de portillon alors que les autres maison oui. On ne peu pas profité de l'avant de la maison pour manger à l'ombre. Pb avec les prises de courant. Bref dommage surtout pour le prix. i ine

Appartement très vétuste, très déçu globalement!!!¡

Manque d'éclairage montée escalier,ainsi que sur la terrasse !!!! salle de bain très obsolète,réglage du mitigeur hs!!!!literie très moyennement propre,et l'installation électrique à rerevoir complètement !!!salon de jardin en fin de vie!! Chapeau au propriétaire pour l'investissement,il ne prend pas de risque à part encaisser les loyers!!!

Woning heeft alles wat ze moet hebben. Geen grote luxe wel basis comfort. Wel jammer van een aantal kleine puntjes die niet in orde waren zoals diverse lampen die niet werkten, houder douchestang die los zit. Van de woning ben je op 10 min stappen aan het strand van Bonparteau via het zwarte poortje ( sleutel werkt niet op de groene poort). Het zwembad op 1min stappen is echt zalig. Heel ruim en nooit echt druk. Ideale woning voor een gezinsvakantie.

Bonporteau

Die Anlage von Bonporteau ist mir sehr bekannt, da ich bereits 8 x da meinen/unseren Urlaub verbrachte. Ich kenne verschiedene Häuser in der Anlage. Alle sind aus den 80er Jahren und nicht mehr wirklich chic. Aber dieses Haus war eine kleine Zumutung: Die Bettgestelle waren nur angelehnt, so dass sie sich ständig "bewegten". Das Bad (o.k. 80er Jahre Fliesen in braun, kein Problem, war mir bekannt), aber der Duschkopf ist vollkommen verschlissen. Es kommt nur noch an einer Seite Wasser. Das kalte Wasser hat keinen Druck. An der Halterung kann man sich nicht festhalten, denn die kommt aus der Wand. Gekauft haben wir dann doch eine WC-Bürste, einen Aufnehmer, um mal Wasser wegzuwischen, Wäscheklammern. Die Küche: Geschirr soweit o.k., Besteck aus Blech, meist verbogen, kein einziges Messer, mit dem man ein Brot schneiden konnte, kein Küchenmesserchen, keine Schere, keine Salatschüssel, kein Tablett, irgendwelche Topfdeckel, die nicht auf die 3 Töpfe passten. Der Sonnenschirm war an einer Seite defekt, so dass ein schiefes Ding da hing. Wir benutzen dann die Terrasse nur noch am Nachmittag, wenn wir keinen Schirm benötigten. Die eine Sonnenliege war nicht zu gebrauchen, da ca. 30 Jahre alt und defekt. Wir wollten uns nicht ärgern, deshalb sagten wir nichts bei der Agentur und hatten auch kein Interesse an Feststellungen vor Ort und anschließenden Geldrückforderungen. Diese Zeilen müssen genügen. Es war sauber geputzt. Die Dame in der Agentur war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ganz toll. Gruß Marion Schrezenmaier
