Wunderschönes Haus, extrem erholsam!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus, top ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. Wunderschöner Blick. Eine traumhafte Dachterrasse, eine sehr schöne luftige Loggia, die sowohl bei großer Hitze, als auch bei Wind oder gar Regen sehr angenehm ist. Sehr schöne Lage, fantastischer Blick. Dank insgesamt vier Abkürzungen für Fußgänger schafft man es in rund 25 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum. Sehr ruhig und erholsam. Im Ort selbst ist alles vorhanden. Sehr guter Außenparkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

bodenständig, schmutzig, zu weit

Die Türrahmen, Sofas, Hocker, Matratzen, Steppdecken & Kissen Lampenschirme hatten alle viele Flecken. Es befinden sich Speisereste auf dem Geschirr. In der Ecke der Badezimmerschranktür lagen viele Haare. Der Duschkopfhalterung war ebenfalls kaputt. Auch die Schlafzimmerlampe war kaputt. Die Balkontür zur Küche war kaputt und ließ sich nicht öffnen. Es war zu dieser Zeit sehr heiß und es gab weder eine Klimaanlage noch einen elektrischen Ventilator in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer.

Die genannten Punkte zu Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und technischen Mängeln haben wir aufgenommen und an den Eigentümer weitergeleitet. Entsprechende Maßnahmen und Reparaturen werden durchgeführt, um den Zustand der Unterkunft zu verbessern. Hinweise dieser Art helfen uns, notwendige Arbeiten gezielt umzusetzen und die Qualität für zukünftige Gäste sicherzustellen.

Bel endroit méritant d’être mieux équipé

Petite maison dans un clos calme à proximité de Cavalaire. Lits confortables, chambres équipées de l’airco, belle piscine partagée avec la copropriété mais calme. L’endroit est top mais gagnerait à être équipé de manière plus qualitative: supplément pour un wifi ne marchant pas, living sans airco, store ext. non utilisable en cas de vent, volets du living bloqués, table exterieure et transat vétustes, table intérieure pour 2 et non 4 personnes, percolateur low cost, four à micro ondes vieillot…

Please remember that guests can always contact the keyholder directly for quick assistance during their stay. A network problem affected the portable Wi-Fi at the time,and the shutter in the living room will soon be repaired by the owner.

Unterkunft mit Terrasse mit toller Aussicht nur im Wohngeschoß gibt es keine Klimaanlage. In beiden Schlafräumen gab es Ameisenstraßen.

Perfektes Haus, sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Haus ist ein Traum und in hervorragendem Zustand. Fantastische Lage mit großartiger Aussicht. Tolle Größe. Super Außenbereiche mit Sonnenschutz. Extrem sauber. Hervorragend ausgestattet, an ziemlich alles wurde gedacht. Sehr ruhige Lage. Leicht zugänglicher Außenparkplatz auf der Straße. Internet extra buchbar über Travel Wifi, hat sehr gut geklappt. Auf TV neben frz. Sendern log-in für verschiedene Anbieter möglich (u.a. Apple, Prime, Rakuten, Netflix-Sky hingegen läuft nicht).

Familienurlaub

Tolles Haus, schöne Aussicht, ruhige Lage. Am Pool gibt der Holzboden Splitter ab, aber ansonsten sehr sauber und neue Liegen. Das Bad bzw. die Dusche könnte ein bisschen erneuert werden. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Outdoor Möbel waren ok.

Résidence calme et appartement agréable.

Résidence calme (de nombreux propriétaires y résident à l'année). Belle vue. La piscine très agréable est un plus indiscutable. Logement agréable et bien équipé mais le micro ondes et la hotte aspirantes ne fonctionnaient malheureusement pas. L'air conditionné dans les chambres est un vrai plus. Le tarif de la location est cependant à mon avis un peu élevé par rapport aux prestations qu'offrent ce bien et à sa situation par rapport aux plages. Séjour néanmoins très agréable.

Perfekte Ferien

Die Unterkunft ist top. Klimaanlage in Schlafräumen. Grosse Küche mit vielen Utensilien zum kochen. Sehr schöner Pool (beheizt). Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Einziges Manko ist die Grösse der Schlafkissen. Diese sind eindeutig zu klein. Die Internetverbindung ist im Gebiet sehr instabil. Wlan sowie die Mobilen Daten sind sehr schlecht, dies hat jedoch nicht direkt mit der Unterkunft zu tun.

Haus und Ausstattung insgesamt solide. Leider insbesondere Couch und Stühle im Wohnzimmer sowie die Betten im Schlafzimmer total verdreckt. Haare und starke Schweißflecken waren überall zu finden. Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche völlig verdreckt und mit Fett überzogen. Küchenschränke mit Krümmel und Olivenölspuren, Backblech und Ofen schmutzig. Obwohl die Schweißspuren und der Dreck bestätigt wurden wurde das Haus nur in sehr geringem Umfang nachgereinigt. Sehr unbefriedigend!

Ein sehr schönes Haus, super Lage mit toller Aussicht. Genügend Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie. Negativ zu bemerken ist , das langsame und schlechte Internet, dass noch extra, zu einem hohen Preis zu buchen war

Bewertung

Die Wegbeschreibung war nur ein Probelm, da ich die ganze Zeit den Parkplatz mit der Nr.22 gesucht habe und dieser aber als A3 gekennzeichnet war. Die Sauberkeit des Backofens war für mein Sauberkeitsempfinden nicht ausreichend. Die Damen ihres Büros waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Charmant mit Hindernissen

Unsere Anreise war spät am Abend. Interhome übergab uns eine sehr unlesbaren Karte, weil schlechter Druck, ohne Navi war es unmöglich sich zurecht zu finden. Mussten die Polizei um Hilfe bitten. Vor Ort (in der Nacht) keine gute Beschreibung welches Haus, welcher P. Der Schlüssel zum Schwimmbad? Konnten das Schwimmbad nicht benutzen. Private Sachen der Gastgeber undeutlich versorgt, wir wussten nicht ob es Privat oder zur unserer Benutzung steht. Anlage NUR mit Auto erreichbar.
