About this property

Enjoy 20 secluded acres in our spacious 3-bedroom home fully outfitted for a group getaway to experience the best Vermont has to offer in hiking, biking and skiing. The updated kitchen offers the option of eating in while enjoying the beautiful views of the property from the indoor dining area or expansive outdoor deck. Okemo is only 10 minutes, Killington is 30 minutes, and Lake Ninevah is right up the road. Enjoy a book in front of the wood burning stove or explore all VT has to offer!

The space
Our home is situated on 20 private acres with woods to explore. The home is close to the active town of Ludlow VT. It is also close to area lakes and of course skiing at the local mountains.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire living space with exception to the utility room in the basement.

Pets are part of the family.
-Dogs are allowed but there is an extra charge per pet
-Size and breed restrictions may apply due to liability
-All furniture is off limit to pets
-Pets must be crated if left alone during your stay
-Pets must be picked up after, even outside. Please be considerate of other guests.
-Additional fee applies for pet stays

There are three separate bedrooms. The first bedroom has one queen bed. The second bedroom also has one queen bed and a roll away cot. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, totaling four twin beds. The house can accommodate a total of 8 people

Great stay!

We really enjoyed everything about this property! It sits on a beautiful open area of land, where we had tons of animal visitors each day. We would frequently see turkeys and deer, probably attracted by all the fruit trees! The house itself was extremely comfortable, with a great deck and grill. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The area is also really good, close to the white rocks recreation area, the town of Ludlow, and obviously just a short trip down to the lake. Really peaceful, really beautiful.

We recently purchased this home in Mount Holly VT and we will be continuously updating the property as time allows. Our house is great for all seasons depending on what you are looking for. If you want to relax on the porch in the summer and enjoy the secluded 20 acres, hike in the fall, or ski the numerous mountains this is a great house with endless possibilities.
