This beautiful 5 BR, 3 BA Beach House is only one street from the beach and in an ideal location to all Ocean Lakes amenities! About a minute walk to stick your toes in the sand and enjoy the ocean. The water park complex is within walking distance also. There are two spacious decks, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room to socialize or relax. The master bedroom is located on the main level with four additional rooms on the upper level. There are three full baths plus an outside hot shower to rinse off after the beach. The washer/dryer are located on the main level for your convenience. Derby Shores Beach House has free wifi and each room has its own TV. This house was perfect for our family of 12 vacation! Everything was clean and well organized. Plenty of kitchen accessories for meals and daily needs. Also plenty of extras, such as beach stuff, grill, soaps and too much to list! The location was perfect for us to have access to the beach and everything ocean lakes has to offer. Great communication with the host! This is the 1st property ive stayed at through vrbo that I didnt have to contact host for issues with the house. It was perfect!!!!

It was a beautiful home with amazing location to the beach! Had loads of room for my family and i for our family trip! Kitchen was well stocked and had everything by we needed. The host were very good at responding to questions and helping us out with anything! The grounds themselves were perfect for all ages, from games and amenities to watching all the golf cart parades, it was perfect.

We had an excellent stay at this property. We had a group of 11 and there was plenty of room. Ocean Lakes has a great community vibe. The location of this property is on a quiet street but very close to the beach. Lots of amenities available within the resort. The place is well stocked with necessities. We would definitely stay here again.

This property really checked all the boxes for our group! The beds were comfortable, each queen room had a ceiling fan and TV and the quad bunk room was perfect for our kids! The property was very clean and it was stocked with the essentials, including sheets! The location was great too, right by the park and beach. Overall a wonderful stay! 10/10 would stay here again!

The property was very nice, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked…you could cook about anything in the kitchen. Linens were good quality…not rental type. Plenty of furniture on the balconies for gatherings. I would recommend this property to anyone!Had one issue with the outside grill, but should be an easy fix. Very satisfied with the rental!

We had family come for the beginning of the week and some for the end and a few for the whole week. We enjoyed fishing, playing in the ocean, sitting on the porch, cooking in the well supplied kitchen and resting and sleeping! It was the perfect location!
