Needs some TLC

We loved the location and our first impression was very positive. However after staying here for 3 weeks, I have to say that the condo could use a deep clean and some repairs. Some small things like a loose toilet paper holder to larger things like 3 of the 4 drawers in the bathroom vanity were not attached to the runners and there was some sort of leak in the refrigerator so that water dripped down into the fresh food drawers. Also, it would be nice to have a good vacuum cleaner that had stronger suction and a handle that wasn't held on by rubber bands.

Great place to stay!

The condo was clean, quiet and is in a great location. It is located near shopping, golf courses, and the walking/running/biking path. We appreciated the very well-equipped fitness area and pool as well. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Horrible - Don't waste your money on this place

First impression was our "assigned" parking location. It was next to the overflowing dumpster. The complex was not very nice, and had the appearance of a "college" apartment complex. When we got the to the unit and opened the door we were greeted with a musky/mildew smell. The patio was dirty and looked as it had not been cleaned in months. In checking out the rest of the unit, there was standing "murky" water with hair and other stuff in the bathtub, which again looked like it has not been cleaned for some time. Contact the renter (Evan) and the response was delayed and non-concerned. We had to find a hotel for the rest of the week since we were unsure if the issue was going to be addressed. Albeit, he stated he had a plumber address the issue, it obviously was an issue since the last occupants departed leaving someone to question was the unit cleaned between rentals. Contacted Evan to work out some compensation for the inconvenience. To date I have received no compensation or apology for the poor accommodations.

Dog Friendly

This rental was great. It had everything you would need in the kitchen to prepare meals. Nice grassy courtyard steps from the front door. Nice quiet neighborhood close to the 101. Only downside was no TV cable but the wifi was great.

Good location

This spot was in a good location. We enjoyed our time at the pools. One hot tub wasn’t working, it was filled with cold water so we went to the other hot tub across the way. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, there was hair still in the bathtub and the shower curtain smelled. We had an issue with this property being double booked. In our last night we had strangers walk right into our condo stating they had booked for that night. We both tried contacting the owner and never got a response back. Very disappointing. The other family left the property.
