About this property

This newly renovated, professionally curated, modern apartment is walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale, the hottest destination in Phoenix. You can walk to restaurants, shopping and bars. However you might not want to when you can lounge around all day at the shared pool or putting green. Please note the pool is not heated.

The apartment contains a Smart TV, High Speed Wi-Fi, a memory foam mattress and other furnishings to keep guests comfortable during their stay.

The entire apartment is yours! We put time and effort into making sure everything is readily accessible to our guests without having to search for things.

Please note that in summer months, there are bugs from time to time. Please keep doors closed at all times and food put away. We have this property professionally serviced for bugs frequently, but they do sometimes sneak inside.

Outdoor or Community Features:
-Community pool. Please note there is no lifeguard and the pool is not heated
-Community coin washer/dryer
-Walkable to Old Town Scottsdale, the hottest neighborhood in Phoenix and the surrounding areas.
-The home can be accessed via self-check-in upon arrival.
-Private outdoor patio furniture for our guests is located right outside the front door to the apartment on the shared walkway.

NOTE: Quite hours in all outdoor areas are at 10pm, 7 nights per week.

IMPT: There is no lifeguard on duty at the community pool. Children must be supervised at all times and occupants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in all outdoor areas.

Great location but needs updates

Communication with owner/property manager was excellent and detailed. Location great with old Scottsdale and waterfront area a 20 minute walk. The apartment however was in need of an update . There is an immediate smell of mustiness or animal upon entering. The apartment was clean but there is a hole/ damage with water stain in the ceiling in the kitchen , there was an obvious need for a painting update throughout especially in the bathroom giving it an unfinished appearance. The towels were clean but dingy and the bath mat appeared very worn . A hanging light fixture in the kitchen hanging 18 inches away from the table looks odd. Two knobs missing off the dresser in the bedroom add to the unnecessary shabby appearance. New towels, knobs and a coat of fresh paint are inexpensive “fixes “ that would improve the feeling that I was renting a student apartment

Picture not like real

Moist smell when you enter the place.it’s not clean place at all. Stain on the sofa and bed. Bathroom needs update. While i was there In raining day kitchen leak water from the roof.

Horrible

The entire apartment, reeked of dirty dogs. It was filthy with dog hair everywhere. As soon as I arrive I had to go out to buy cleaning supplies to clean the walls the couch and the floor, because there was so much dust, dirt and dog hair all over the apartment. It was as if the only thing that was done to prepare For someone to stay, there was that someone made the bed that’s it I would not recommend in a quarter-mile this apartment to anyone. Oh, and there’s tons of small roaches that live inside of the dishwasher with the clean dishes

We came for SF Giants Spring Training. We were within walking distance of the park and downtown Scottsdale. Loved the retro look neighborhood.
