This quaint mid-century vintage apartment is within walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale, the hottest destination in Phoenix. The apartment is in a 1960's apartment complex with original walls and ceilings. You can walk to restaurants, shopping and bars. Enjoy our pool!

The apartment contains a Smart TV, high speed Wi-Fi, and 3 beds to keep guests comfortable during their stay.

In this 1-bedroom apartment, you will find a queen bed along with a full/twin bunkbed in the same bedroom.

We put time and effort into making sure everything is readily accessible to our guests without having to search for things. Note that this is a 1970's apartment located in a very cool, 1970's apartment building with original walls and ceiling in the apartment.

*Please note that in the summer, there are bugs from time to time. Please keep doors closed at all times and food away. We have this property professionally serviced for bugs frequently, but they do sometimes sneak inside.

-Private outdoor patio furniture for our guests is located right outside the front door to the apartment on the shared walkway.

NOTE: Quiet hours in all outdoor areas are at 10 PM, 7 nights per week.

IMPT: There is no lifeguard on duty at the community pool. Children must be supervised at all times and occupants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in all outdoor areas.

Great Location

Property was as pictured. Neat and clean. Close to downtown shopping and food. Residence in other units were quiet so it was nice and peaceful.

Great for small group

This VRBO was perfect for our group of 3. The 3 beds in the 1BR really maximizes sleep space. While there’s only 1 bathroom for getting ready the mirrors in the bedroom really help for doing hair/makeup. The only thing I’d suggest is a towel / coat rack somewhere. That way it’s easier to hang up towels to dry during stay. Parking was super nice to have and it was even covered. Wasn’t an issue at all. It was very close to Old Town Scottsdale and if it had been warmer it would’ve been great for a swim! Some of the outlets are on switches, as a heads up to make sure your phones/devices charge. And there’s a large globe light outside that will shine directly in the bedroom, there’s a switch by the backdoor/sliding door if you turn those off, it takes care of this light. Excellent stay thank you so much!

Functional But Disappointing

If you are looking for a comfortable, clean bed and good working shower in a central location, this is a good pick for you. If you are looking for a bright and pristine condo as advertised, we personally were disappointed. Musty smell each time we entered, cheap furniture and kitchenware, missing living area wall art and bedroom rug (that are in photos) and an old condo building. Sadly, it did not live up to its billing.
