Welcome to the heart of Scottsdale! Enjoy this bright, modern 1 bedroom condo close to everything. We're a short drive from Phoenix Airport (PHX), Entertainment District, Spring Training, golf courses, ASU, and much more!

The unit is recently remodeled, with plenty of storage space, a full kitchen, and cozy living space to relax in. Vaulted ceilings make the space bright and airy. The queen bedroom includes a full bathroom and tons of closet room. Don't want to share a bedroom? The couch easily converts into a firm bed. The third floor private patio includes views of Camelback Mountain in the distance.

Looking for a place to work? The high speed internet and designated work area will help you be productive by day, so you can enjoy the Scottsdale nightlife by night. This is a quiet complex that includes a pool (heated year round!), spa, tennis court, and upgraded bbq grills. The complex is currently getting an upgrade to include club house with a gym, saunas, and conference room.

As Described and Great Location!

The unit is clean, comfortable, well stocked, and just as described in the listing. My niece stayed a couple of nights and said the pullout couch was very comfy. Pool and tennis court just outside the door, and a nice patio to relax with a cocktail in the evening! And the location really can't be beat. The longest drive was about 30min to North Scottsdale, but really so much nearby. The unit does list washer and dryer, but this is actually a pay facility on the premises - not in the unit. I never bothered to look for it! Just an FYI. We had no issues but Kristyn kept in touch during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. If only she could have done something about my 4-hour flight delay... Overall a lovely long weekend in Scottsdale! I wouldn't hesitate to book with Kristyn.

Great Location, Clean, & a Pool

It was in a great spot for us as we played golf, did a little hiking, & hung out by the pool. It’s close to all the foodie spots in old and new Scottsdale. Condo was clean and we would definitely stay here again!!

Close to everything

Property was extremely clean, more then enough room for two of us. Quiet at night. Laundry is on site but not in condo, so you cant start it and leave for the day. Overall pretty nice with good location and access.

Location is excellent!

Really enjoyed our 6 night stay at Kristyn's place. Very clean, exactly as described, clear instructions, etc. Stairs were not a problem. Complex is very quiet, even with the pickle ball and tennis court right next to the building. Kristyn provided a white noise machine but really not needed due to any outside noise. Highly recommend!

Enjoy the Entertainment District with its bars and clubs. Want to enjoy nature? Walk across the street to the Green Belt, which travels miles north and south through parks and golf courses. Or enjoy a hike like Piestawa Peak or Camelback Mountain. Just want a day in the sun? Head outside to the pool to relax, or go to one of the nearby hotels to enjoy a spa day. Come to enjoy the sports scene? Easy access to spring training and more! This complex is quiet, but within minutes of everything.
