On the first floor, you'll find :

- 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed.
- A fully-equipped kitchen (hob, saucepans, plates, cutlery, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher) for concocting delicious meals.
- A comfortable living room with dining area and sofa.
- 2 full shower rooms, each with shower, toilet and washbasin.

On the upper floor, enjoy :

- A kitchenette for light snacks and drinks.
- Additional relaxation area for privacy.
- 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed.
- 1 shower room complete with shower and toilet.

Please note : Access to the upper floor is via a narrow spiral staircase, suitable only for those in good physical condition.

✦ Modern amenities : high-speed Internet, washing machine for a comfortable stay and bed linen and towels (1 per person). Each room is equipped with an air conditioner.

Other things to note
➡ Note : the spiral staircase can present challenges for the less mobile or elderly.

➡ Party policy : No party organization allowed. Significant charges will be applied for non-compliance. In the event of a complaint from the neighborhood or the police, tenants will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, with no possibility of refund. The security deposit will be retained. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

➡ ID verification : ID in the same name as the booking will be requested and copied to our phone to prevent fraud.

➡ Children and babies : One baby (under 2) is free. If more than one baby, the others must be added as "Children".

Arrival day and supplements :
General entry between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Check-out before 10:00am.
Supplements for late arrivals:
- Between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm : surcharge of 30 euros.
- After 10:00 pm : surcharge of 50 euros.
- No entry after 11:00 pm.

Final cleaning is included, but please leave the apartment in good condition, including washing up and taking out the rubbish.
