A 65m² one-bedroom duplex apartment sleeping up to 4 people, featuring a double bed upstairs and tastefully furnished in a modern style, a living room with a large sofa bed, a garage, and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, located 200m from the stunning Praia da Rocha beach.
The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
A 5-minute walk from bars and restaurants. An ideal spot for a short beach holiday or a long winter getaway. This complex features a private swimming pool for residents of the building only and an underground parking space. A key box is available for easy access at your convenience.

Great Location!

A wonderful stay! This location is very convenient to beautiful beaches and great restaurants, and Algarve is worth the time. The property was clean and exactly as described, and the owner was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely come again.

Most Enjoyable Stay

We stayed at this property for four nights. It is very well situated and has all the appliances and conveniences of home. I can heartily recommend Melanie’s condo for its location, cleanliness, its atmosphere (bright and cheery) and how well equipped it is. Most definite would return!

Great Location

Well-appointed property. Good value. States that it sleeps four, but that is only if you are two couples that sleep together. We weren't clear on this before travelling, so the double bed was an unwelcome surprise.

Beautiful duplex apartment with terrace in Portimao

The apartment was clean and well decorated with all the ammenities required for an easy stay. The beach was less than a 10 minute walk away as were an assortment of restaurants and shopping and groceries. The accommodation ranks a 10 out of 10 with one minor drawback due to a bar located in the bottom of the complex which is open till 2:00 AM every night. Patrons were loud into the night and had no regard for quite time requested for guests. The host, Melanie, was attentive and answered promptly to all our questions. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had booked for 5 nights but could only stand it for 4. We had studied the reviews prior to booking and as we only saw one that had complained about the bar noise beneath the unit and Melanie had commented that this was a 'one off' we decided to take a chance. However of the 4 nights that we stayed, 3 of them had LOUD NOISE from the bar until 2am. Even with the shutters down on the windows and the AC on for 'white noise' it was still loud. The 2nd night was the only quiet night. By the 4th night we just decided to pay to rent elsewhere. The owners comment to us about ' on one night there was a football match' didn't explain the other 2 nights of disturbed sleep. I really feel that the owner should warn potential renters about this issue. Particularly as we were informed quiet hours were from 10pm to 7am and we should respect other residents. The new unit was much better but cost money that we weren't expecting to have to pay,

Dear Kenneth, We are surprised by your comment. You stayed in the property for 5 nights, and we did not receive any information from you regarding noise issues at the beginning of your stay. It would have been appreciated if you had informed us immediately, as we could have contacted the bar owner and resolved the situation promptly. You only informed us on the last day, which gave us no opportunity to intervene during your stay. Furthermore, until now, we have almost never received complaints about noise, except for one isolated case. When there is noise from the bar, it is usually due to football matches, which remain occasional. We remain attentive to our guests’ comfort and would have gladly taken action if we had been informed in a timely manner. Regards

Fizemos umas férias de 1 semana e correu tudo bem. O apartamento está muito bem equipado, asseado e com AC nos dois pisos. O acesso à piscina é por fora do edificio e é pena não ter WC junto da piscina. Gostamos muito.
