En trompe l’œil

Petite annonce à magnifiques photos donnant un état très trompeur du logement : en y regardant de plus près, il s’agit en fait d’un vieille appartement rénové avec un niveau de finissions désastreux (carrelage s’arrêtant plusieurs centimètres devant les appareils ménagers ou les plinthes, peinture sur les plinthes…). Un four en période de canicule et certainement une passoire l’hiver vu l’état des huisseries. Environnement très bruyant
