We enjoyed our stay, the unit is as described. It’s a good size and in good condition. The best part was the balcony and view. Improvements would only be, more blankets, a plug for the tub for baths, mounting the TV so guests could enjoy the fireplace, more comfortable mattress, and new ice trays. Very minor items. Over all a very nice place at a great price.
We very much enjoyed our stay! Very surprised at how big it was, as the pictures made it appear much smaller. Just a couple of little things to consider - rugs are very slippery and the rug under the dining room table was definitely a tripping hazard- just probably needs to be straightened/flattened out more.TV was a little hard to set up since you have to sign into all of your own streaming services. Overall, very nice place to stay!
Our unit was quite spacious and very clean. We appreciated that everything we needed was provided. Our very favorite thing was the amazing view of the Rio Grande River. We would love to come back.

Property was clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the river.
Great property. Sitting on the deck over looking the river was great. Would recommend updating the fixtures in bathroom. When showering, if someone in another unit turns on water, shower goes down to a trickle. New frying pans in kitchen is recommended, the anti stick coating is scratched and flaking. Overall, very comfortable, quick access to town, etc.
We booked The Last Mohican when a friend scheduled her wedding in South Fork. The place was perfect, right on the river. Peaceful spot to get ready for all the hubbub of the party and also relax afterwards.
This was a very clean property and quite safe. It was roomy. Nice kitchen.Suggestions for future: overhead lights in the bedrooms; non-slip footing of some kind for the bathtub.
Condo is nestled next to the Rio Grande which provides an opportunity for endless fun. Property gives you the comforts of home while you are away with a stocked kitchen, comfy couch and chairs in living room will help you relax after a day full of fun. Only thing missing during a winter trip is a fireplace to cozy up too.
We had 4 adults (two couples) and we really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and had all the amenities you need. The dollar general was a two minute drive so that too was super convenient. If we go back would definitely book again.
Quite and comfortable - the flowing river was clean, clear and soothing.
Host was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The location was perfect and we had a good time exploring other places around us. Totally recommend to anyone. We look forward to another stay.
The unit itself is fine, it's exactly as shown in photos. The cons: 2 different window screens fell out the second we opened the windows. They had been taped about 30 times so, someone is aware of it. The matress in the primary bedroom was terrible, there's firm and then this. This is a different level. It is a condo so, the second the folks renting next to us arrived, we could hear there every move and this family had 5 kids jumping on beds and loudly yelling. I get it. They are on vacation. We were hoping for a quiet relaxing getaway, unfortunately this wasn't that. The pros:The location and sound of the river make up for the other shortcomings. We will rent a house next time to avoid any of these issues.
We truly enjoyed our stay in South Fork in our cabin. The living room is more than spacious with a cozy gas fireplace and a large TV. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen with the supplied pots and pans and the gas stove was so nice to have. The entire unit was clean upon arrival. We'd definitely stay here again in the future.
Very nice property. Enjoyed our time in South Fork. Our neighbors in the adjoining condo had to be told to turn down their television a couple of times because we could hear it clearly in our unit.I'm not sure why a person would want to just sit in their condo and watch TV all day and night with all that South Fork has to offer
