80 km north of Lahti, Päijänne Lake 40 m away, with a firm, deep gravel bottom. The water is about 2 meters deep at the end of the pier. There is a private boat available. The cabin is located on a wooded hillside, with stairs leading to the lakeshore.
This planed log villa, built in 2000, includes a combined kitchen/living room with a sofa bed for two as an additional sleeping option. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with one bed. The villa also has an entrance hall, utility/changing room, bathroom, sauna with an electric stove, and a covered terrace. There is an indoor toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a wood-burning stove.
Adjacent to the garage and storage building is a summer-use, electrically heated sleeping cabin (8 m²) with a bunk bed for two as an alternative sleeping arrangement. The sleeping cabin is available from the beginning of May to the end of September.
At the lakeshore, there is a summer-use lakeside sauna (20 m²) with a traditional wood-burning Aito stove (heating time 4-5 hours) and a washroom. Additionally, there is a fireplace room with hotplates and a refrigerator, a terrace, and stairs leading to the pier. Cold water is pumped from the lake to the sauna. The cabin has water from its own drilled well.
Near the lakeside sauna, there is a woodshed, a composting toilet, a boathouse, and a fish cleaning table. A Muurikka electric grill is available for use.
Another composting toilet is located in the cabin's yard. If needed, you can drive from the parking area to the lakeshore.
