The cottage is located in a beautiful location on the shore of Lake Nuasjärvi in ​​Sotkamo, which gives you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the proximity of the water.

This cottage, completed in 1950 and completely renovated in 2004, has an area of ​​about 50 m² and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. In the living room kitchen there is a sofa bed that can accommodate 1-2 people. The alcove has separate beds for two people, and the loft has separate beds for two people and mattresses for e.g. a child. The loft also has a child gate to ensure safety.

The cabin also has a sauna with an electric stove, a washroom and a toilet. The cottage's terrace and yard have beautiful views of Lake Nuasjärvi, and garden furniture and a gas grill are available in the yard.

In addition, a separate beach sauna, the use of which is included in the cottage rent, starting from week 8.

A 4G network works in the area, so communication and e.g. remote work are easy.

Ski trails 7 km (Vuokatti) starting from week 8 skitrail 100 m.
The snowmobile can be rented directly from the owner.
