If this Resort has a pool listed as an amenity; the pool hours are 8am -to- 10pm. Pool may be seasonal at cold winter climate resorts.

I can accept a 1-night stay for a weekend night if the date is within 2 days. Otherwise, Friday or Saturday nights are a mandatory 2-night minimum stay meaning: Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday.

Studio King Special Needs: King bed in living area. Unit has partial kitchen with no oven or stovetop. Grab bars, roll-under sink, roll-in shower. Maximum occupancy 2.

ACTION NEEDED: Please send your "Booking" with -one- name (first & last) of the person who will be responsible for checking into your condo at the front desk as it appears on your/their ID. The front desk is required to view the ID at check-in and the name given by you must match the ID. Great resort

Feels like a hotel, double beds are a little tight for 2 but they work. There was a surprise resort fee of about 20 per person. Otherwise all great! Great pool and beach that is good for snorkeling. Nice kitchenette and nice big bathroom. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Nice stay

We stayed in this room with our 3 children. We normally get one hotel room as a family and the children take turns sleeping on the floor. The room said only 4 people could stay in that room and they were correct. The floor was a hard tile floor that nobody could sleep on. So, our 3 children just slept 3 to a bed. The room was beautiful, spacious, and every thing we needed. The resort was well ran and maintained with very helpful staff.

Small but did the job

The property was small but nice. This condo had what was needed...bathroom and bed. Not much view but that was OK. Check-in/check-out was easy. Very clean. The grounds with pool and beach were very nice. Would consider staying again.

Great place, better people

We stayed here for only one night as we needed a place to bridge our travel gap between flights and boats. Though we thought it would just be a nice place to stay closer to red hook, turned out it kick started our vacation. We did brunch at fish Market, drinks with Joe by the pool, napped on the beach and swam with a shy turtle. Check in and check out was easy as can be, condo seemed newly renovated and was spotless, and the staff was amazing. Would highly recommend.

A beautiful stay

We truly enjoyed our 2 day stay! The unit was clean and updated with a nice view. The shower has good water pressure, the air conditioning works well, the beds were comfortable, we liked the pillows and we appreciated and used the safe and coffee maker. Everyone was very kind and friendly!! The grounds have beautiful landscaping with not a piece of trash in sight. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and beach, very clean, and used the laundry which was very efficient and fast. We have already recommended the place to family members, thank you! .

Misleading

We were told the unit was on the beach. The property is, but they made it sound like you walked right into the beach. Not at all. Cowpet bay is small. Lots of seaweed, rocky bottom. But manager communicated a lot. Just let us think it was a lot closer.

Everything was perfect!

I had a great time at Jan’s place. Everything was just as described and the room was just as it was pictured. Beds were comfortable, and everything You need for a comfortable stay was available. Check in was easy and staff was very friendly. The beach on the property was nice and pools were clean. I would book this place again. I would highly recommend renting a car so you can visit all other beaches while you’re there.

Safe, beautiful night of traveling single!

Due to inclement weather and flight cancellations in the states, I found myself flying home solo with an overnight stay in St Thomas! This was the perfect spot to relax, feel safe while traveling alone, and enjoy some much needed sleep in this beautiful condo! Highly recommend!

Overall Great Spot!

This is a great property in a great location with a beach right outside your door! Check in was a bit behind, we weren't able to check in until 2+hours after the listed 4pm check in and we were given 1 king bed room vs. a double that was listed. It wasn't a problem for my friend and I so we just stayed put, but you may want to clarify before check-in what room you were expecting. The room was great, the view was great and it was a great location. Taxis are there at the drop of a hat, so it's quick and easy to get around. Would definitely recommend!
