Host Tom was amazing, always available via chat from the day of booking to the last day. He facilitated an early check-in, answered any and all question through our trip. The resort was quiet, very relaxing, every staff member there where all very helpful.

Very close to the beach. Foosball table! Lots of comfortable sleeping options. The condo was very peaceful and quiet in the evening. Kitchen is clean and well stocked and had everything we needed. Nice selection of coffee:) The price is good and the amenities are all just outside the patio. Host is very responsive and I highly recommend this little piece of paradise!

The unit itself was very comfortable and the information was detailed and complete. All amenities listed worked. The issue we had was with the resort restrictions that caught us off guard. I suggest you don’t choose Las Palmas resort if you have friends or family that live in Rocky Point and would like to host them for a dinner in the condo , as they will not allow them to enter the resort. If they are not a guest staying in the unit and have names registered at the Lobby, you cannot host them. We found out the hard way. We were 5, in a unit that slept more than that. 2 of our family left early, stayed only 1 night. Leaving 3 of us. We invited my Aunt/Uncle, in their 80’s of age, to join us for dinner that we planned on fixing in the unit. (spur of the moment decision), but the guard and lobby attendant told us they couldn’t come in. They reminded me at registration, I initialed the statement that no additional guests were allowed. I interpreted it as no guests could come in, use the pool, beach, stay overnight in the condo, but not so strict that they can’t come for a couple of hours and eat dinner with us. It took several calls to general manager and a callout to another permanent resident there that we knew, to help us out, and 25 minutes of my relatives sitting in the car and then the lobby, but the General Manager still said no. In the end, we had to pack up the food and take to their home to cook/ eat. So in support of the unit, lovely, but Las Palmas, never again!

Condo was excellent. Plenty of space and sleeping room. Wagon was so helpful. There is a pool and hot tub right outside of the unit that were almost always empty, so they felt private. Very close to main pools and beach. Tom was a fantastic host. Easy walk to the beach. Patio furniture was awesome. Best of any of the units along our building. Camping chairs and beach towel are also provided. Thanks for a great weekend.

This place is fully stocked with everything you could need. Didn’t have to worry about packing any beach gear, coffee or kitchen essentials. Will stay again!

Fabulous

Great Spot

The property was clean, easy check in, all the amenities were as they said it was. It was in a great place... easy acess to beach, zip line really close, rental of ATV close, restaurants walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great time at Baja 101.

Location is awesome, bottom floor right next to a pool and a ramada. Short walk to the beach, bigger kid and adult pools. The room itself is very spacious, good-sized kitchen with all the necessary appliances, and plenty of beds. Check-in process was easy, Tom was very responsive, and we had a great time.

The condo is beautiful, clean and the swimming pools are amazing. Great swimming pool for kids and they also have an adult only swimming pool. Had no issues checking in and the owner was always willing to help. Highly recommend it.
